I still haven't received charm and it's been 15 days since ordering and I paid for 5-9 days delivery and it's now completely missed my mums birthday! Very unhappy with customer service and can't comment on charm if good or not as still not received!
I am so happy with my personalised pet charm it is very sentimental love it and it will mean a lot to sister whom birthday I purchased it for. The condition is perfect and the picture is of very high quality.

The bracelet & clips I ordered were nice and got a pretty decent deal on them, but my only complaint was that they were indicated to be US stock when I placed the order (in which case were supposed to be delivered in 72 hours), yet they ended up shipping from China and took 3 weeks to arrive!

I will never ever shop with this company again. The tracking sucks, the customer service number listed, no one has answered yet, and I want my money back because my order has not arrived yet.

This was my first time here and everything is so cute! I ended up ordering a bracelet with some charms, and one of them had a picture on it. I was contacted about it and they let me know(BEFORE just making it like some places would) that there would be extra space on it and to have me choose another picture. I thought that was so awesome that they didn't just say "well that's what she picked, too bad" so I gave 2 options and they made samples for both for me to choose. I just thought that was the coolest! I will definitely be back! Thanks so much!
I ordered and received a lovely bangle from Glamulet, which broke the 4th time I wore it. I am still trying to arrange an exchange and have not found the correspondence by Glamulet very professional or prompt.
I really hope that this matter gets resolved.

Ordered pet image charm for recently departed pet. The picture came out perfect, great color, was positioned and sized exactly as I wanted it. Did not realize shipping from China until after I received shipping information where it sat for 2 weeks without updated tracking info.
