So bad. In fact I dont receive anything after payment. Very very slowly, no information, no updates, tracking number always errors. What do you know my feelings?

The timing of the manufacturing this product as stated on the website is out by around 5 days, This caused the charms ordered to be late for my fiancé`s birthday. This was a real shame as the charms themselves where of a really good standard and exactly what I ordered.(2 rose gold personalized photo charms). I would order again I would just leave a bigger turn around time.

Will never order from here again. It takes forever for the order to come in! I needed the item for a birthday gift and it still isn't here! Not satisfied at all.

The charms are beautiful and well priced. They were delivered a day earlier than expected so that was a nice surprise. I will definitely order again!

The description of the bracelet and charms were spot on. I am very pleased with my purchase and I will buy from them again.

It only took a week to be delivered the photo was great as is the charm. I will certainly order from the company again.

Received my charm in ten days. It is perfect and looks gorgeous on my bracelet, the quality is excellent. I really liked the tracking service. Will be ordering again.

The vendor needs to give better indication of how long the delivery time will be. My acct was debited when I purchased it online. However, I didn't receive the item for 2 weeks, which was beyond the time I intended to gift the item.

I was happy with the charm but the colour was very dull on the picture and did let it down. It's such a shame As It was a gift.

Unfortunately when I received the personalized charm, the quality of the picture was very poor. You could not tell that it was the same picture sent. I wanted them to redo it and they won't unless I pay again for shipping. I originally paid $14.95 for faster shipping, so I'm wondering if that was the issue. I am so disappointed as they also offered to refund me $5 CAD instead of the $40 CAD I paid.

Love the bracelet! Disappointed in Customer Service response time... there is NO contact phone number. Product comes from China! Shipping takes a VERY Long time!

I sadly lost my pet this month, so to remember him I ordered a personalised charm and to say I'm impressed is an understatement I adore this charm

The charms are pretty. However, the ring is like plastic - pretty cheap - not sure if it was worth it.

The charms I received are beautiful and good quality, I was also impressed with how quickly the products were delivered.

I purchased a photo charm that was supposed to be for a gift later in the year. It is so beautiful that I had to give this gift to my daughter as soon as I received it. Great value, brilliant idea, plenty of choices and a fast service. Would buy more definitely.
