Had difficulty enrolling in site, took like 6 times to be allowed on site and then had to re-enroll changing password over and over again even with going through Amazon.com. But the charms turned out great.
I ordered it on a Saturday night, and I chose the free shipping. I was ready for a long time's waiting but I got it at Tuesday. Totally shocked. Great quality and great shipment!

Overall experience was good
The tracking system is terrible. The last tracking date was May 7th and it arrived in Miami, Florida. Since that date it has not been updated. It stated in transit arrive by May 12th.it is now May 13th. Tracking still has May 7th Miami and I live in Florida and I still don't have the package and know way of finding out where it is. Very unhappy!
I never received my package. I have sent on the site that was given to track my package and it was in Japanese and would not take the numbers I was given to pull up the tracking. I want my money back please and thank you!?

They used another brand to sell their products, I don't know if they are good but the way to cheat the customers it's not fair
I was so pleased to find a personalized pet paw photo charm for my sister who was grieving over the death of her dog. I had the items shipped directly to her address but was not able to figure out how to add a gift card/notice. When I contacted the company for help, the response I received back didn't address my concerns. Additionally I'm now getting advertising emails in my sister's name. I'm struggling to track the items using the tracking info provided. I'm still hoping my sister receives her memorial gift and isn't sent all the billing info. Very disappointed and embarrassed that what was meant to be a heartfelt gift has turned into a confusing uncertainty.
Still haven't gotten my email confirmation. Ordered 5/8 it said i would get the email in 2 days with tracking number.**NOT No one ever answers the phone number I found online NOT THEIR WEBSITE and no response to my emailS i sent.

First time order from Glamulet, I ordered on Apr. 27 and next day had one person from Glamulet to confirm my order and shipping address. After that I wait for few days then I try to research from internet and find out the customer service email address to ask my order shipping info those details then understand my order been shipped. I received my order on May. 03.
All in all, it still has some area to improve. Ex. On the first place I placed my order, there should be a Email confirmation sent to my email. (I have checked my email including spam, I am sure that I didn't get email confirmation.) Secondly, I log in the website my order status is always under "verifying". Until now even I receive my order it is still showing "verifying". I don't quite understand why the status cannot be changed.
Third, the contact cannot be found in their official website. I only can find out from internet and understand their customer service email address. Moreover, there is no direct contact telephone which i feel this is the most worried part. I don't even know how it is going on.
Glamulet is not proactive update me regarding my order. I don't know what happen but I hope that they can improve otherwise I am not dare to buy from their website again.
User friendly site, quick delivery, just a couple of days. Very pleased with the product, it was not the easiest charm to find, it was nicest I saw online.

The charms are beautiful. They were received in good time. I will continue to shop with Glamulet because the experience have been great and the products are beautiful. Everything that I have ordered is exactly as pictured and described. I have not been disappointed with their products, their mailing time, or their customer service.
I ordered a paws charm on 26th April for my granddaughter 18th birthday. I said I needed it delivered before 13 may. I never received an email or order number although the payment was taken from m account. I have contacted them through msn and had a reply it would be sent to their customers services. I sent my email address and phone number but to date I have heard nothing from them. I have told them to refund my payments... still nothing. I will be posting on Facebook that it seems likel a scam.
Very happy with the tracking and the service that I received. Arrived within the time limit that was stated and happy with the product.
