More Chinese crap, very very very slow to get your product. That must be because they ship it straight from China. Never again!

Thought that the item ordered was a Pandora charm. Marketing through google is very misleading and did make me think that this is what I was ordering. Now, wanting to return the item I am met with shipping costs, a 3% handling charge and the inconvenience of waiting for a refund.
Pulled it out of packaging and there was sticky on top of picture and could not remove it, I'm disappointed with it and now I cannot give it as a gift. Not happy customer at all.

Order an item over a month. Sent numerous messages, no response. No tracking update on item. My friend ordered 8 days after me.and has received her item. I am furious! This was a gift.

I put in an order over 19 days ago, needing it for tomorrow for a 65 birthday present and I still have not received it. The tracking on the package is terrible. Only information I have is that it left ShangHaiShi on the 14th. I just can't believe I fell for this. If anyone ask me about the experience, I'll be sure to tell them. Just so disappointed. You were the only ones that had the oakleaf charm and her last name is oakleaf, that's why I ordered it.! Well I guess she'll be disappointed just like I am!
Gave the indication the charms were pandora charms. Also being able to track shipment stopped on 11/21. No news since then. Today is the 29th.
When I got the item it was broken, I can not find a contact number to ring them anywhere and I've sent a email and have not received a messaged back, very p***** off as it's a Christmas present.
I still have not received the gift I ordered. Its been two weeks now and it was for a birthday gift. This is very disappointing. The online order experience was fine.

I hadn't realized that the things I ordered weren't Pandora friendly so I immediately tried to cancel but no one got back to me. I have yet to receive my order.
No one has email where's my package I've been waiting for an email to update but I haven't got one

Lovely item, the site however was a bit dodgy & email messages were in broken English. It was difficult initially to pay for the item, and I was unhappy to continue on my phone. I eventually paid using my laptop.
