I ordered from your company and was given a tracking number, a shipping number and an order number. After a few days I tried to track my order. I couldn't get anywhere so I e mailed the company. They told me the shipping company would provide the verification number. I tried again and was given a verification number by the shipping company but it just said provide a valid number. Then it would give a different number. Again, the same message. I must have tried 6 or 7 times. I let it go and tried again in a few days, still the same trouble and same message. It is now 8 days and I still have no idea where the order is. I am disappointed and will hesitate to order from the company again.
I purchased this item for my wife, for our 35th wedding anniversary. We had a romantic weekend planned for us by our anniversary gift. I payed extra shipping so I could receive it before we left. I was given a date of Friday the 2nd to receive it. However it never came, so I left without it. So POOR shipping
Still haven't received my order. Not sure what the problem is but sure hope it shows up soon.
Not impressed with the Arc de Triumph charm. It looks cheap and junky and i feel completely ripped off by the $51.99 price tag. Won't be be buying from you again.
I have not yet recieved ny purchase of the charm picture I ordered and I have sent email to see if it has been shipped the order number doesnt exist and I am very upset that know one has emailed me back

I was ordering on your website under the assumption that I was buying ligitment pandora merchandise. Only upon arrival of the product I found them to be face re makes.
Ordered some charms as birthday and Christmas presents. They arrived just inside the 15 day delivery promise. They were well protected. The came with lovely gift box and gift bag.
I love my new charms and will order again in the future. I tell everyone about the website!
When I collected it there was something missing from my order! Very upset!

No contact number on the website. No idea whether order has been shipped or not. Placed the order almost 2 weeks ago. At least a customer should be able to know the status of the order. First time buyer, very bad experience.
Je suis étonnée. Vos emballages sont laids, des sachets plastiques. Je conçois que ces charmes étaient en solde mais car il y a un mais je ne vais pas offrir ces charmes dans un sachet plastique ou une boite veillotte même pas vintage je dis bien veillotte. Ma déception fait que je ne recommanderai pas chez. M Loiseau.
