My order was placed over two weeks ago (Nov. 29). The on-line site indicated that the item would ship within 1 day. Nothing yet (December 11)! My attempt to contact via email was not returned after 4 days. My thought is that I will need to purchase elsewhere and return the Glamulet order if/when it comes. If an order was out of stock (although still offered on the site), it definitely would have been nice to know! Service is just not good enough!
Paid extra to have item sent within 7 days. It has been 9 days now and item has still not arrived.
I've been waiting for several days to track my order and I still am not able to.
In the promotion they say they are going to give you a free bracelet with your charm, all I got was the charm!
I messaged them but no reply, stay well clear of this company!
