Still haven't received an item I ordered on Pandora website & was linked to these police requested a refund several times sent emails no one has answered this is a scam website
I placed an order 11/27 & it's not Pandora the loop holes this is a scam.
I purchased a gift for my wife's first wedding anniversary. With about 10 days for delivery. It was a personalised item that in small print says takes longer to deliver, so I checked delivery options and I could pay £15 for express delivery which I decided to do. It also said there was a free gift which they made to sound like was a free charm bracelet but in actual fact it was just a basic small box that my order came in which I would of expected anyway. 14 days later my item still had not arrived and I had missed the big day. After chasing up they offered me £8 refund which in my opinion is not enough (I paid £15 for express delivery) still to this day they have NEVER refunded me a penny. The item in total took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, it was a quality item but I would never order from them again, still waiting on my refund!
Delivery took 10 days but it was tracked so I knew when it would arrive.
They were excellent I had a few worries which they sorted out for me straight away.
Order process was easy but as in Australia still waiting for purchase to arrive. Have been tracking it all over China. Wish I was as well travelled

Item does not look the same quality as the picture that was advertised, the charm is very substandard and tinny looking, the metal looks very thin and the design isn't very distinct.
Happy with the product and distribution.

It took three weeks to arrive which I think is to long to wait I paid shipping cost which I thought was to much

However the shipping took over 3 weeks.

I ordered pandora charms and what i received was fake, it was not pandora and i also didn't receive the free gift that was promised. Would never order from you again
I have e-mailed a number of times, asking for a returns label/address, which have been ignored, there is no other way of getting in contact with you.
I received 4 photo charms, which are so dull, faded, you can hardly see anything. I followed the instructions, as directed on your website, so this would not happen.
Very disappointed, as they were meant to be for a present.
I want a full refund.
Everything was exactly like the picture and it was delivered quickly. Bought charms for my two adult girls for Christmas and I know they will love them.
This was a nice alternative to the costlier pandora charms. Next to the real pandora charms, these fit in nicely. Be careful though because two of the six that I bought did not have the engraving stating that they were made with real silver. And they weren't the least expensive ones either! That might mAtter to you if this is a gift.
