Never received a response for questions I've asked

Can't believe that when i placed this order i had paid extra for fast service to recieve this item with 2 to 3 business days,, now it has been over two weeks

And it looked like false advertisement when i purchased my items i thought that i would get the bracelet with it. Since it is taking so long i want my money back otherwise please expedite my items.

The package finally arrived, great products however on the website it said 5-7 days and when I enquired where they were they told me 9-25 days, big difference, maybe be more upfront on delivery time. Other than that good to deal with.

I placed my order on 11/30 and received a quick acknowledgement of purchase. Subsequently I received the shipping notification information. However, when I click on the site to track the shipping, there is nothing listed beyond the 12/1 initial information. This is very frustrating.

Felt duped into believing this was the on-line site for Pandora.
It is not,
It is a copycat company out of China.
Product "appears" equivalent... and may be.
Customer support was good.
There is no store front...

Love the photo charm. I only wish the colours were more colourful like what I submitted. They are somewhat duller on the charm

I thought I was ordering pandora charms as that was how it was advertised so I was extremely disappointed when I saw what come through and it cost £10 postage. I wouldn't order again from them

Since I have yet to receive my items it's hard to give a honest review. I know shipping is supposed to take 9-25 days but the tracking is horrible. According to the tracking, my item hasn't moved in 6 days.

The charm was a lot smaller than expected and the writing mum is t clear in the charm look very cheap and nit as shinny as the Ines in the pictures
