Was led to believe quality would be much better than it was. Order was to include two "free" items for Black Friday deal, only received one. I thought these were pandora charms however they weren't and shipped from china. Not from a company but a woman. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the charms I received. Will not use this site again.
You are a rip off. Your website says free shipping on orders over $150.00. When the COURIER arrived he charged me over $20.00. I did not receive a free gift. Never again.
Product was not what I expected, also, I am waiting for my second order which is paid for but todate has not arrived.
I'm not rating anything until I have received my other charms one is a skull face the other one is a bucket of flowers the letter A has arrived today please can you look into this as they both are Christmas presents can you get back to me with as soon as you know anything!

Not only have you not shipped my purchase yet but nobody has responded to the two e-mails Ive sent concerning my order. This has to be some kind of Christmas joke! I really hope there was a problem with your website or some logical explanation. Asking for customer feedback while providing such poor service is E-commerce suicide. I wasn't sure what to expect. But my product was great. The site was easy to follow and the notices of the various stages of my order was great!
I am very pleased with the charms I recently purchased from Glamulet. They are very good quality. I paid the extra shipping charge because I needed my purchase to arrive quickly and I wasn't disappointed. I would definitely order again from this site.
The item itself was ok, but the packaging and the price of shipping was very steep for what was actually delivered. I can definitely say I won't be using them again as the final product and service are nothing I couldn't find on somewhere like eBay.
Have not received my purchase that was charged to my credit card.
Ordered 3 charms ended up with a delivery opened the box and there's like some silver head of something in the box, have yet to receive my full order... waiting but for how long. Do you people know what you're doing? If I do not receive my charms soon, I will expect a refund
Can no find customer services telephone number to call to find status of my order. If today I can not receive an email of my order I will start a dispute to cancel my order an have a full refund
I ordered my products on the 30th and paid extra postage to get it in 5-7 days and has now been 11 days and still yet to receive my goods I have purchased. I am a bit disappointed that I have had no contact on any delivery delays as this is the first time buying from you.

I give no stars never received my Item that I ordered on November 23rd and it was only a charm, and Glamulet charged my credit card on November 25th and my order says its in China. I have written several email and never once a responds I have called my bank and they said the money was taken out on the 25th of November. No body should order from this company if you treat people like this. I am in customer service and wouldn't dream of treating people like this.
Customer Service is appalling, I've tried contacing them but I wasn't able get get in contact with the company! Worst of all, My charms never arrived! I want a refund but for that I would need to get into contact with customer service wouldn't I? Such a shame that I can't. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHNING FROM THIER SITE EVER AGAIN!
I know in the beginning I no that people give times an let you no when your order is coming every step of the way. It did not turn out as expected from the internet picture. It is hard to see what the picture was. So very disappointed.
