My only complaint is that the site needs to allow people to purchase items when the "free gift" included is out of stock... I tried purchasing a bracelet that came with a free charm that was out of stock, and I wasn't able to finish my order without taking the bracelet off of the order. Hopefully the site gets fixed because I'm sure there have been many sales lost because of that reason..

Been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order and it has not even been shipped yet.

Fast delivery. But I had a photo charm made. When I ordered it the picture looked good not to dark. When I received my order the photo was quite dark. Had to see what is in the photo

Have no idea when my order will arrive and this is even after emailing to find out! The tracking number and link provided does NOT show any updates! It's been 3 weeks and still have no clue if I will even be able to give this as a xmas gift.

Emails for tracking number and response to questions were not answered until after the product arrived. Never did get an answer to my questions. The product was as expected.

I ordered a ring on November 28 and I still haven't received it yet. The last time I was notified about it was on December 2nd and it said it's in transit, however it's taking a bit while and I'm getting impatient.

We want to return the items and left several messages and emails. The items are not all there and not what we ordered. Tried cancelling before order was sent and that did not happen

Although the products came in mail quicker than I thought... I expected a box with Pandora markings/logo... as 99%of the time silver is gonna be given as a gift.

My daughter who is 11 bought my Christmas present from here and it never arrived and emails were not answered. We are having the charge reversed on a credit card.

I ordered the ring on November 18th and it wasn't shipped until December 1st. It is December 12th and I still didn't receive the ring. I hope I get it before Christmas because it is a gift for my daughter.

All very fast, easy and efficient. I placed my order on the 5th, with a 9-15 day delivery and my parcel turned up on day 7, so very pleased with the service. Especially as it was Christmas and post can be unpredictable.

I didn't know that I was ordering this product from a company in China. Their items were not only reasonably priced but also very pretty. I loved the idea of having a picture in a charm. They have a few selections for that. Shipping was easy and quick. These make great Christmas presents.

I ordered two charms on cyber Monday, I did not receive a tracking number or any other information about my purchase yet the money was taking out of my account. I sent email about this problem and still no one has gotten back with me

There was a pink flower glass charm on the bill I didn't want said it was free but was charge for it. I wrote to you's about it but didn't get a response from you's back. I am still waiting to hear. Thanks Ann
