They do not answer the help that one asks they say they are going to call and they do not do na and the merchandise does not arrive

I got what I ordered and the entire process was easy, I even had a discount on my purchase and experienced no problem claiming it.

I ordered my charm on November 30th and it still hasnt left china. Im starting to think this was a scam. Very disappointed and will be demanding money back through paypal if it gets much longer. This is ridiculous.

Delighted with the charms I received and they came in the time span I was given when ordering them

Glamulet site states that my order *******199) is 'complete' and the tracking number(JK*******GB) doesn't now work. I have not received a card saying they have tried to deliver it. This was a Christmas present for my wife and I now have to either disappoint her or pay more for the same items from another supplier! Clearly this is the last time I will use them.

I ordered a ring with express shipping (which I paid extra for) was 2 weeks late. I emailed them about the whereabouts of my order and never got a reply.

£10 for a cheap box and 10 day delivery,
Grubby poor quality box that's way too big and looks ridiculous and the beads delivered loose in wonderfully attractive plastic bags! Perfect as an xmas gift, no need to even bother with wrapping paper. So disappointed. Really they are terrible and never again!

I ordered on 11-26-16 and here it's 12-13-16 and my order still isn't here. I called the number 3 times and no one answers or I get that they were closed. I emailed them all I get is tracking info that I already had and it hasn't even left China yet. This is why I will only order for now on AMERICAN MADE products.

The original email reply to my order said I would get the order in 5 days. When I didn't, I contacted Glamulet customer service. I now have the availability, from information they provided to me, to get texts on the progress of the package. However, I didn't realize that it is coming from China, so I do need to be patient. I hope I get it for Christmas!

They have the cutest original charms. Looks like I have found a new place to shop!

I've been trying for days to get an answer to my request to send 10 charms back. The charms, in my opinion, are inferior quality to others. Glamulet claims to provide a returns policy but I don't have a return slip, address or even a phone number so I can talk to a real live person. Worst service I've ever experienced. Don't buy these charms!

Bought a personalised charm as a present for my mum for Christmas. It arrived in just over a week but it's absolutely perfect and it's well worth the wait. Think my mum is going to love it. Thankyou Gauntlet, will definitively be getting more :)

I feel the product is lacking on the actual stone side. I wasn't expecting real gems however I'm giving this charm as a gift and I'm still not sure I want to?
It looks like something is on the stones.

I still haven't received my order and it's been three weeks, so I can't really give a review with seeing the product. Hoping it comes before Christmas

I can't really comment on the service from Glamulet yet as I am still waiting for my order which was placed two weeks ago.

Had a simple issue to be rectified got an awful response

I was quite a bit concerned with reviews I have seen! But saying that, all is good with the charms and delivery! Will use again!
