You do great jewlery actualy but they have very small size. And not matching the beats size. I wonder to increase the size a bite to have homogenous size and put referance in the site to help the customer to chose the right size and match their bracelet... thank u
Took way to long to deliver, got message saying left with Neighbour even though it was put through my door!
Much much smaller than pictures so beware as are going to look odd on my wife's charm bracelet.
Very disappointed as I have not received the product yet.
Goods arrived in the time specified unfortunately one of the birthstones was wrong.
Will be contacting them to see how we can resolve this.

It could be cheaper for the time it takes but other than that you all are great
Placed order on Monday 5th Dec and money taken straight away. Paid for express delivery and as of today 15th the order has not been delivered. No contact via website email address after 3 emails sent, no phone number as it has been disconnected! I had to resort to Facebook to ask for some assistance and got a reply after 2 days stating order was fine and tracking number is valid... it is not as says order does not exist! I would not recommend using this company ever as shoddy customer service and no actual service to be honest!
The photo charm is not clear, material is too light.

Now 16 days has passed. It has been over 2 weeks
Still haven't received my package and the tracking number does not work. I tired to get in touch with the company and that did it work either. So basically I'm still hoping the items I purchased eventually show up. This is extremely frustrating.
My twelve years old granddaughter loved it and it looks adorable on her!

I purchased a photo charm for my mother in law on November 22,2016. I got a notice that it was about to ship on November 26,2016. Estimated shipping is 9-29 days, which is ridiculous! It is now December 14,2016 and I have yet to see my photo charm! The last shipping update I received was on November 30,2016, at which time it was still in China! I bought this as a Christmas gift and I am afraid I will not receive it in time! It has been 20 days since I place my order! I have tried to contact the company and no answer! I am getting frustrated
