I received a tracking nunber for EMS Worldwide Express Mail but all it listed was the date it left Shanghai, China... now it gives me nothing and I have still not received my order. To be fair, it said 9-25 days and the 25 days are not up yet but if a tracking number is completely useless... DON'T GIVE ME ONE
Order over 2 weeks and haven't received a confirmation to track my order. Email the support line and haven't received a response.
Everything requested was sent on time -- it was what I had ordered.
For some reason my order as not left the airport and if i receive a bill for rental fees then i will not be happy

Late delivery, and contact support person, never once answered my question on when it would eventually arrive, then got flippant, also company is located in china with no phone contact number. Dodgy Bros.

I am more than happy with the charm. I purchased the dog paw charm and had my dog's picture put on the back of it. It is absolutely beautiful. I am beyond impressed with how it turned out. I will DEFINITELY buy charms from them in the future.
It has been 2 weeks, and I am out a lot of money. No shipping info, no package, no goods.
Order confirmation almost instant, a very good service but did have some minor problems tracking parcel, but it did arrive within the given time, would recomend
Almost 3 weeks and i still haven't received the items I paid for.
This will probably be my first and last purchase with Glamulet. I left an e-mail message and to this day have gotten no response. I decided to leave a message via phone and still got no response. I am suppose to receive my charm bracelet with charms between the 9th of December to the 25th. I have my fingers cross and am hoping I get my merchandise.
The site at glamulet was so easy to use and very quick to order i am very happy with all the experience of all at your site
