I ordered 11/28/2016 with more than 25 days for free shipping. Today is 12/17/2016 I have sent to emails about this order, I have not gotten a response. I'm worried that this special order I made for may daughter, wont get here. I've tracked this everyday, it still says Origin Post is Preparing Shipment. There's only 5 business days for delivery. I feel like I made a mistake ordering from Glamulet. There goes my daughters Christmas gift.

I also have been unable to track the shipping.
Being the first time using Glamulet I was a little uneasy using a site I had no knowledge about. I received the charm in approx. 21/2 weeks to my satisfaction. Will consider Glamulet in the future.
I never received the items ordered and have been charged on the Credit card. The order appears to have been stalled since 12/3/2016. As of today I've sent them an inquiry regarding the items.

Love these personalised charms, delivered in very good time!
Charms seen on picture don't have the same wow effect on actual charm received. Like the rose gold charms. Kind of disappointed.
But delivery was fast and efficient. On time!
Was somewhat disappointed that you have to send to China to get your article. Couldn't you at least keep some in the states? A delivery date of 9 to 25 days?
I ordered it on December 4 and it's now Dec 17 and I tracked my package and it's been sitting in Shanghai since Dec 10. This is supposed to be a memorable gift for my mom who lost her dog and now I'm very concerned I won't have it for Christmas. I really wish I had went with another company.

I purchased several items weeks ago and still they have not been delivered. I would be happy to edit my review once I see the items I purchased. Delivery delays are more considerable than any other product I purchased this holiday season
I placed an order which billed me twice and when I tried to call and take care of the situation I was on hold for over 3 min and then forced to leave a message. I did this multiple times and finally email them and a day or two later got a response then I wanted to change my order to receive the Second order and again called and no answer, emailed to change the order and day two and still no answer, not real happy with the coustomer service
I asked about returning the charm and they never got back to me

From the somewhat tracking, I dont really know if my stuff is coming. And when. I tried so many times. The system stopped at a place for few days. Then finally I only saw the parcel is moving from one place to another. And its likely travelling so long... still in China. Well, I hope they dont arrive in messy condition *faint
I have been tracking almost a week now and it hasnt even left china. Certainly didnt expect delivery from china when I ordered through Pandora Canada website. Will never order anything again.
