Glamulet

I ordered a product 3 weeks ago and it never arrived. I need it for a Christmas gift. I keep getting asked to review my product and my experience, but it is not here!

After having paid for the product this is the first communication since the confirmation saying Glamulet received the order and will process. This is a Christmas present and we are truly hoping it arrives before before Christmas eve. As you can see purchase date was December 11,2016.

I bought the "home sweet home" bead, but it was hard to make out the message because it was soo-o-o-o tiny. I'd like a refund so could you please supply a customer service telephone number?

Did not realise it was coming from overseas. Wondering whether it is going to be here for christmas

Shipping is awfully slow. Over three weeks since the order and the item still hasn't been received yet.

Received order but had to pay taxes and duties which I had not been told
Of at the time of purchase. Order received was short one item that I had
Ordered and paid for. The bracelets (two) had no stops. I have emailed
Several times re those issues but received no real feedback. I sent a copy
Of the amount paid to DLH at time of arrival here. I have called my credit
Card company to hold payment until those issues are resolved.

Close to a month and no sign of products ordered. Company does not respond to emails

I will never order another thing from this company again. They do not stand by their offer. The charms are nice and I'm sure their bracelets are. I never got mine, just the charms.

Exactly what I wanted, what I expected and delivered on time.

The charm is very pretty. Exactly what I wanted. Very clear picture for how small it is. However, for a £30 purchase I expected it to come in a nicely presented box. It's a very very small branded box, which looks very cheap. Will be buying another box myself to present it in.

Sent me some one else's charm as it has the wrong picture ruined a Christmas present for my wife

The product looks good, however I have wrapped it up for Christmas so not been used yet to let you know the quality. I think the delivery took far to long for the price I paid to get it delivered. Being such a small item I think there should be a free delivery option.

I ordered this product at the start of December. I senthink one to ireland and one to perth and both have still not arrived. I ordered one in June and it took nearly four weeks to get there. I'm not sure If I will buy again because it just takes too long.

Still have not received items and tracking has not been upgraded since 12-4-16 so have no idea where my items are
