Glamulet

I have not received my charms and the tracking system is not user friendly and is in Chinese. I need the product before Christmas and it now 3 days before that. Not a happy customer.

I ordered a charm about 10 days ago and paid for 5-7 day shipping and it is not here. This is very frustrating

The price is right, quality is good, shipping time was long. But I expected that.
One of the charms ( 2 piece mother daughter hanging charm). The hole is to small to fit in the bracelet-so both charms are useless.
Upsetting as it was a gift I can't give now

Arrived well before Christmas as promised and was delighted with the charm and the service.

Was supposed to received between 9-25 days... even if we are still in the delay I guess, if it's still in Shangai, it wont get in Canada before Christmas

This is the third time I have purchased from Glamulet. I was pleasantly surprised with the gift for spending $100. The delivery was fairly quick for regular post. Overall a very enjoyable shopping experience. I highly recommend this company and look forward to getting some more charms

I picked out beads/charms for a bracelet, arrived when estimated, & in good shape exactly what I ordered. Very satisfied.

Although the shipping took a while, when my bracelet and charms arrived I was pleased. I forgot to add a free bracelet to my order that I got during cyber week and they added it to the order without any problems. Everything looks as advertised and I'm satisfied.

You are asking me to review order but I haven't received it yet; this is worrying especially if you think it's been delivered. Can someone track it for me please and confirm it will be here before Christmas?

Ordered this charm on 12/3/16 and I am still waiting. I'm very upset it will not be here in time for Christmas. Tried to call several times but cannot get anyone on the phone. The tracking # they supplied me is still showing the same results with no changes. I will not order from this site again

Product is still in Chinese warehouse! Who knows when it will be delivered

Certainly good enough to encourage me to come back, although I was so close to free delivery and did not realise it as it is not too clear on the site, I will know next time.

I have no review at this time, I have not received my order yet. And I've not been able to track my package to even know where it is.

I emailed them for a change in my order and they emailed me the next day saying they fixed it and then shipped it the next day like they said! Idk about you but that's good buisness.

Cant track my order. Sent email. No reply. Prob not going to receive my order but will be adked to pay
