Ordered my item. Paid for. And it never arrived, tracking didn't even track my package.
It's 12.21.2016 and I never received the item. Shipping time is ridiculous for the price I paid for shipping.
Was not told it was coming from shanghai. Was told delivery would be 1-8 days, I'm now on day
Placed an order November 30, was charged immediately and I have not received it yet. I'm very frustrated will never order again with this company.
It would have been nice for the charms to come in a box. Now I have to go look for one.
I was amazed at how simple it was to order the little bead for my Pandora bracelet with my little dogs face on one side. I am 80 years old and I didn't have any trouble at all. I am thrilled to have deal with this company and no delay in receiving the bead so quickly. Beryl
Stay the hell away from this company, can't track order, don't answer their phones, goes to voicemail after 3.17 minutes and have not received merchandise! But they charge your credit card the same day you order! Thanks for NOT a good x-mas gift!

Took my order I thought it was pandora ireland the words they use on there website I cancelled as soon as I realised this and they didn't get back to me then got back to me to say order was completed and they couldn't cancel a rip off company in all ways but I will get my refund
I ordered for the site over three weeks ago. And have yet to receive it. I was hoping to have it before the holidays but it's not looking good
Ordered 2 December and paid extra for express shipping (5-7 days) and it didn't get dispatched until the 16th, meaning I didn't get it in time for xmas, as I had gone back to australia by the time it arrived. Unacceptable.
I received my charm and the picture on it was pathetic, I could of printed it better myself!
You could hardly see the image and it was faint and blurry.
I emailed about this and sent a picture of the poorly made charm and no help was giving at all!
I would definitely NEVER order from this site again, total rip off £30 for a poorly made charm which looks like it cost £5 off the market!

Glamulet give no delivery date and have not replied to emails
Placed an order last week and then read some bad reviews on the web about the company and service while waiting for the delivery, the DHL tracking showed the goods was picked up from Shanghai which was quite a shock to me, it made me really worried to the point that I was thinking of cancelling the order, Luckily I didn't! I decided to give it a go and see what turns up, it arrived within 5 days and the charms didn't let me down, although they're a bit smaller than Pandora's, gifted the most beautiful charm to Mum and she really like it! A good shopping experience so far
Haven't received my package yet so can't really say how well the service is yet.
30 days later still no charm says left China on Dec 1st no further tracking. I think it's a scam. At this point I don't care about the money. But the custom charm was for my daughter for Christmas :(
Tried contacting them to find out where my charm is and they will ignore you. The tracking number will not update after 2 days of being sent. Still waiting 18 days after shipped according to shipped e-mail. They do not tell you where merchandise come from. Found out when it was suppositly it was coming from China. You have to jump thru hoops to return something from what I read, but they care less about customer service and getting product to you. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Maybe sometime they will care about customers and not the money for merchandise.
