I've ordered before and had quick delivery and product is good quality. However this order has not arrived after waiting close to four weeks already... very disappointed with the service this time.
My charm was super easy to design and shipped very quickly. I can not wait to see my mothers face when she opens her new gift. Thank you very much for allowing me to bring join to her. Hi, I am not very pleased. I ordered some charms on Dec. 02nd. Have not seen them yet. I emailed them twice now looking for any answers, not one response. Now I am wondering if I will ever get them... I was going to buy more items from them last week too. Not now
I ordered a charm 12/13/16 and reviewing tracking the charm is still in shanghai, with last updated status 12/15/16. It is now 12/22/16, no new or apparently updated information. Very frustrating. Will not order from site again.
The 9.99 package was a little misleading I thought it was a surprise gift however it was just packaging.

Placed my order Dec 2nd. Received shipping confirmation number that leads to no where. I have called several time getting a voice mail after 3 mind left several messages w no response.
It's time of air shipping, the shipment out of China is slower than sea freight
I ordered some charms to give to my wife for Christmas. I made the order on December 9, and it is December 21 and still the items are in route from China. There is no way to track the location of the packages even with the tracking number. I sent an email asking about the status of the order and I got a response 1 day later saying that orders take between 9 to 25 days to arrive. The "Christmas delivery guarantee" so far has been a lie (we are 3 days away). I had to buy another gift for my wife because I don't want to risk not having a present for her on Christmas day.
I placed my order on Dec. 11,2016.
I've received a confirmation email that included a tracking number but have Know idea where my merchandise is located.
I have called the one eight hundred number listed on google and I have not had luck with anyone picking up the phone yet.
I have left a voice message and I have emailed them too. I still haven't heard anything yet. When I tracked the package, it had the same tracking information listed that was listed about three days ago.

Ordered a Pandora charm which i personalised with my daughters photo. All sorted with no fuss and arrived safely and well before Christmas.
Purchased these charms thinking they were genuine. They are nice quality but presentation could be alot better. Wasn't aware of gamulet being Chinese.

Was told a tracking number would be supplied to me at the time if my order. Received this tracking number 3 hours after the delivery was made a week later.
Not too impressed as I was in the dark if my order was even taken or shipped for that point.
I bet it will be beautiful when I receive it but I haven't received it yet. Orders from china have shipped faster.
Service ok but I paid extra for fast delivery and it came outside the 9 days limit.
