Still waiting for my package that I was suppose to get
Totally useless ordered present for my girlfriend money taken from my bank 16th of December and nothing after repeated emails still nothing will never buy from these clowns ever again and I want my money back and compensation for the Xmas presents I was promised Xmas delivery if the head office was closer they would have one very angry customer at their door
You have asked me to rate you but how can I when it xmas eve and I still haven't received my order and you said it was xmas delivery guaranteed
Tracked package and there has been no movement for weeks. Package apparently from China. Afraid I may have gotten ripped off for what was going to be a thoughtful Christmas gift.
The picture charm I ordered for our 25th anniversary was perfect. It looks exactly like the preview picture on the computer.
The shipping came in a timely manner.
The products looked great and arrived quickly but I wasn't expecting the $15 charge by DHL for duties. It would be great if that charge could be displayed ahead of time. If that is not possible atleast give an approximation so that the customer knows what to expect.
Bought my wife an eternal love charm at half the price you would pay in the Pandora shops sent quickly to my front door, class would use again in the future.
Order is very late, response to emails is very slow and when I do get a response my questions are not answered. The worst company I have ever used. I've now been told to expect my order in 25 days when I ordered it at the start of December in time for Christmas
I place an order on the 13 Dec and I am trying to track the order on the 23rd dec and there is no order found in the tracking system. There is no phone I can ring to try to find out what has happened.

After losing my beautiful dog Buddie I ordered a charm for my bangle. It is lush and a fabulous keepsake.
Delivery excellent was kept informed and delivery was quick. However although satisfied with product I was lead to believe it was pandora and it wasn't so I was disappointed
I got my gift really fast but when I opened the box, I found the charms smaller then when I went to see them at Pandora's. Cheaper but smaller...
Product arrived well before expected delivery date and is a lot better that I thought it would be as well!
When I placed my order, I did not realize I was purchasing from an overseas company. The delivery time was 9 to 25 days because of that. Admittedly, that's no fault of Glamulet. My order shipped a few days after I placed it and I received the link to track my package. It left their warehouse on December 10th and arrived in Shanghai the next day. Now, almost two weeks later, it's still sitting in Shanghai! I contacted Glamulet and said I didn't understand why it's just sitting there. They said they'd contact the shipper with my concern, but, last I checked, it still hasn't moved. (Many times, I can't even connect to the link to track the package.)
I ordered in beginning of December for Christmas present. On dec 22 still haven't received and the tracking site has not posted update since dec 12 so I have no idea if it's on the way. I have emailed support twice with no success in obtaining useful information.
AWFUL, RUINED A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY MOTHER. No reply's I will be attemting to cancel this order as fraudulent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
Bad service, was promised delivery of the goods before Christmas Day and still hasn't arrived! Very disapontee as it was a Christmas gift, and would order with them again!
We ordered a photo charm as a Christmas present and paid a massive 9 pound something for delivery.
After placing the order we didn't receive a confirmation email so we're a bit worried if the order had actually gone through. We also didn't receive an email to let us know the charm had been made or dispatched like you do from nearly every other company. So we were left in the dark worrying wether we would receive anything in time to give for Christmas. The first bit of communication I've had was from royal mail telling me they would deliver it.
It's arrived and is ok, not amazing but ok.
I wouldn't use the company again because I like to be kept informed on progress
Very disappointed of 2 items I bought. One doesn't look like it was supposed too and the other one has a picture (from my library) integrated on it and we don't even see it clearly. I will never buy from Glamulet again.
