Very satisfy to the short time to receive the purchase.

I have made two requests / questions... I received one generic response to the first (regarding shippiing) and have yet to receive a reply to the second (return / exchange).

Not good I've been emailing to figure out where my package is at. No response

I didn't receive my ordered item yet, after more than 2 weeks when I placed the order. The credit card is charged by an untraceable foreign company. And the items tracing address is a link of a Chinese web address which is also not traceable. That's very fishy. That must be a fraud. Now I wonder how I can get my money back.

Ordered online for Xmas delivery on 16th and received on Xmas Eve. Didn't realise they were being sent from China and started to worry a bit. After reading reviews I was even more wary but charms are as per website. Very good quality. Would order again.

I paid for Christmas delivery but have not received my order which is unacceptable

No customer service no number to contact them ordered my stuff 3 weeks before Christmas paid £12 extra for guaranteed Christmas delivery and still not received. Rubbish rubbish rubbish

Only present my daughter wanted and I couldn't give it to her. To night, Christmas Eve the hole family is here and I my beautiful daughter $25 Tim Horton's gift card. Sad, sad!

Charms do not look as colorful as the photos on line. On line photos likely doctored.

Surprised to pay customs duty as I thought I was buying from Canada

Had my doubts about the company following a Google customer review search but was happy when I received my tracking number which i tracked from dispatch until collection. The item was as described and presented in a nice gold gift box. Will be reordering soon.

I still haven't received my order which I paid for Christmas deleivery. Not good enough. Has now my mom hasn't got a Christmas present

Item was as described and reached me 'just' in time for Christmas. Maybe a receipt note could be put in the package? An envelope with just the item is a bit 'cheap' feeling?

I bought charms from Glamulet and so far their services are very good. The charms are very well made and lovely at a fraction of Pandora prices. I have no complaints and just love all the charms I ordered from them. Excellent workmanship too! I highly recommend their products!

It's great to shop but still waiting fir the delivery and it's for Christmas

Hoping quality of items are ok? Have not received yet, was ordered December 4th. Tracking system not worth a darn. Not sure of quality of items yet being have not received after 19 days. Price seemed good.

On order said fuatanteeed delivery them when chasing up order said they couldn't guarantee delivery causing me 10 days of stress and worry. Very slow to reply to questions and will never use this shambles of a company again

Ordered this item at the beginning of December for a Christmas Present for my Girlfriend, I Paid extra for the Guaranteed Christmas Delivery Service. THE ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE AS PROMISED. NO RESPONSE TO MY INITIAL E-MAILS.
