There was a guarantee of Pre Christmas delivery and I paid extra for delivery on that basis. It's 26th Dec and the goods have not arrived. I will be seeking a refund of delivery cost. Very dissatisfied.

I paid extra for guaranteed delivery for Christmas and i have still not received for order and the present was for my mother who has now left the country. I have emailed asking for a refund of my delivery but not had a response yet
I will never buy anything from this site again. I ordered charms for my wife on this site and I played extra for "guaranteed Christmas delivery" and as of the 26th of December it has failed to arrive! I have no idea when it will arrive.
My items were due to arrive before xmas but not received them yet.
So disappointed as ordered well in advance for Xmas and to have to buy another present! Came back to me when complained and stated, reason. Because of courier problems and can sympathise but not when they state "Christmas deliveries guaranteed"!
Paid more for the delivery so it would be here for Xmas and it's still hasn't come
Pictures are very good but product is not same as pictures.

No response from glamulet to find order it's Christmas day and I have no gift to give very upsetting
Glamulet has the last call Pandora charm I needed but my order did not arrive yet and it was needed for Christmas.
Got it here on time and my son very happy as he had a great Christmas present for his mum
Advised that delivery would be made before Friday 23/12 before christmas. Has not come or any notification of delays

I received an email o. Dec 7th saying it was on its way. I never received it. Tried calling. Never could get anyone to answer. Sent two emails without any response. Needless to say my mother will not be getting her gift tomorrow. The entire situation is ridiculous. Extremely poor customer service. I have read many similar reviews to mine. This company simply has zero concern or respect for their paying customers. They withdrew a little over $130 when purchased but have yet to have anything delivered
