SUCKS! I have not gotten anything yet, in over a month. Keep asking me to evaluate the product i don't have. The shipping status has not changed since the day i ordered it. I don't believe I am ever going to see this stuff and nobody is getting back to me about canceling the order and giving me my money back. Christmas is long gone now! YOU GUYS SUCK
Order placed with Christmas delivery guaranteed, even though order has a tracking number I'm still waiting for delivery!
I still haven't received the 2 charms I ordered and I paid extra for them to be her by Christmas i am not happy at all
Very very disappointed. Didn't get yet my order pass November 24 and it was for a Christmas gift. Will contact pay pal to see what they can do for me. No one did follow my request to see were my order is. Probably the fist and last order I made with you.
If I could give no stars I would. Ordered charm over a month ago - the tracking shows it has been stuck in Shanghai since December 6 with no movement. They do not respond to emails. If I had known my order shipped from China, I never would have placed the order. Do not do business with this company!
Before you checked out the company should have told you that the item was coming from overseas

Item arrived on time but disappointed with photo, very light in colour not what I sent?
Paid extra for freight for delivery before Christmas and it hasnt arrived yet and it's December 28 already.
They said I would be guaranteed delivery by Christmas but I still don't have it. It was a gift for my girlfriend. She had to go without a present on Christmas morning. Thanks very much glamulet. I have brought quite a few things from there but I will defo not be using you again. I have emailed and Facebooked them but nothing back

I ordered before Christmas with the extra delivery charge that said Guaranteed Christmas Delivery. All good I thought so I watched the tracking. Items arrived in U. K. within a couple of days then nothing. I emailed Glamulet and they pointed out delivery took 9-15 days quite correctly on the final order page it says that but not on the earlier page. So why say guaranteed Christmas delivery? Very annoying not the end of the world I suppose but it meant a hurried shop for another present on Christmas Eve. As I run an internet business myself I think big firms ought to have the attention to detail that stops this sort of thing and the decency to refund when the delivery charge when there is confusion. Items still not arrived.
I purchased two personal charms with pictures. They look fabulous. The quality is great and they were sent in good time. I would definitely use this site again
My order was Guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas and did not arrive. Was a gift from Santa to my daughter. Very unhappy to say the least. =(
I received the charm as promised and in time, total success!
Ordering was easy they took my money quick as lightning. Sent me an email guaranteed delivery by xmas hasn't arrived yet 27th as off tracking took 2 days before they got it to the courier and has been sat in more airports than a ba pilot. They have not yet answered any off my queries. Will be refusing delivery when it arrives and will not order from them again
Poor service, poor communications then refusal to make refund via ignoring e-mails. Stay well away from this seller.
