Never received my order... website is a joke... no one ever returned my emails or phone calls... NO ONE EVER answers their customer service number!
Its ok for me. The box is not that attractive. And i dont know which one is the free item? Is it the box?
I ordered these photo charms and they are great and even fit charmalian charm bracelet perfect
Bought a charm off them in November for a birthday present for my niece and was told I got a free bracelet. I got the charm and no bracelet, had to go and buy her a ring instead. I emailed them numerous times and got no response. Thanks for nothing and I'm stuck with a worthless charm and out of pocket for 30.As long as i live I'll never buy anything off them again or recommend them to anyone again.
I ordered 2 charms on dec 2 and have not got them yet, they were suppose to be christmas gifts but so much for that.
Delivery was very slow and when received it was the wrong picture in the charm I am not happy with the service
This is the second review I am asked to write and yet I have never received my items and it has been way over a month, and yet I was charged a day or two later after I placed my orders! My aunt never received her gift from me for Christmas I ended up taking a picture of what I ordered and put it in a card with the hopes that it will be arriving soon. I have written numerous emails and never got a response I begged to please let me know something and that my item was a Christmas gift and I got nothing. There is a phony number that you call and you will never get through! Needless to say I am beyond disappointed and sick over this..
I have sent a total of 4 emails to glamulet. Not one response to my email. I ordered 2 charms that have the wrong pictures in them. I want to return them but they will not respond to my request. Very poor customer service.
Its been over 30 days and I haven't received my product yet and the tracking number doesn't work
I haven't received my charms and it's been at least 1 month. The money has been taken out of my account all ready.
Ordered item December 4. It's now December 27 and still waiting.
Was expecting a free charm with order and delivery took too long 3 weeks.
So disappointed. I will deal with you after the holidays

Needed a motorcycle charm for a pandora bracelet... this one fit and looked great. Very happy with the choice.
I ordered 3 charms on Nov 26 for a Christmas gift. As of Dec. 27th I still have not received them. I have sent 3 emails to the company and they have not acknowledged any of them. They did, however, have no problem accepting my money for the charms. Buyer beware!
The picture was very hard to make out. Almost like it was over exposed. (It was professionally taken so that wasn't the case)
I was looking for a specific item for a pandora bracelet and they had a unique one at a great price. Managed to order it a week before Christmas and still get it within 5 days. That is where you guys excelled. What bothered me was all the email advertisings. I probably would have stayed on the list had you not sent so many to start with. Removing myself was easy enough, but for that reason, I have to deduct one star.
I received my second order before my first order with has disappointed me because it was my wife's Christmas gist and now she doesn't have it yet.
