When I visited their site i believed i was buying genuine Pandora products at a discounted price but when i received them they were not. This was very disappointing as I had purchased them for my grand daughter and had to go out and buy the genuine articles. I now have these smaller and poorer quality charms put away in a drawer. Glamulet should be taken to task for this obvious con as that is what it is. If they were genuine traders they should make it clear that the charms are not PANDORA and complete fakes

I was amazed how easy it was to upload a picture, get it exactly how I wanted it and order. We ordered 3 in the end and the pictures were amazing. They were dispatched very quickly and arrived on time. I would definitely buy from again.
My order was supposed to have arrived over 2 weeks ago but has still not come. The company has been of no help with locating the package as the shipping information has not been updated in over a month. I do not recommend ordering through this company. It has caused me nothing but frustration.
We ordered a charm with our daughter in law's dog'sitting picture on it. It was beautiful and she was thrilled! Will be ordering again.
Excellent service kept informed from order to delivery
Order placed on 19th December delivery promised before Christmas, still awaiting my order and my Wife's Christmas present, I am then asked for a review of the service?
The item appears dirty because of the dark shades. I don't know if that is a mistake but the leaves are not clearly seen. Not worth buying.
Ordered on Dec 9 and never received the item. I wanted it for a Christmas gift.

Bracelet that was delivered was a small, to small for my wife wrist, this bracelet was to be a Christmas present, but it's to small, she can't wear it.
I ordered a custom photo charm but when I received the item there was an ink smudge on the photo (right over the eye on the face). I emailed customer service about a replacement and never heard back.
Arrived too late for Christmas and photos in charms so tiny can't see it
Shipping stated 9-25 days, it's going on 60 days and still haven't received my products. After emailing customer service, and telling them this at day 45, all they said was "it's a busy time of year". Not my problem! You state shipping guidelines & you don't follow them. If/when I finally receive my products, I will never do business with them again. Shipping & customer service is terrible.
Took quite a while to arrive and was not in time for Xmas, but I must admit I am very pleased with the charm itself - much better than I had hoped for.
Ordered in November to insure I would have my gifts in time for Christmas but so not the case. Here I sit approaching the new year and have yet to receive my merchandise. Will never order again!
Ordered at the beginning of the month for a x mas present and it still haven't arrived. At the end of the week I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company at the end of the week if it doesn't arrive.
