Paid extra to ensure delivery before Christmas but was only received on the 30th December.
Not happy as both myself and the recipient were extremely disappointed in the poor service.
Ring came quick, quality seems good was worried it wouldn't arrive for Christmas but shipping was quick

Nice product, good quality, but packaging was just in a little plastic bag, I was expecting a gift box

I order a charm for a charm bracelet on Dec 11th... you are asking if I'm satisfied and I never got the item and the tracking system is useless.

I ordered a charm for my daughters Glamulet bracelet and was guaranteed a delivery in time for Christmas as was advertised on their web page i did not receive the charm until 28/12/16 i was disappointed to say the least. This said my daughter was delighted with the charm i will probly order more but just not to close to Christmas.

Today is December 28,2016 and the Glamulet product has not been delivered. Ordered from Glamulet Nov 26,2016. Given tracking number. According to the tracking number it has not left China YET! I would appreciate it if someone from Glamulet would answer my e-mails.
The purchase was made and paid for 11/28/*******@11:35 pm. Today's date is 12/28/2016@4:35pm. I haven't received my items yet... Christmas is freaking Over. Never again
Scam
I never received my order. I had to go and purchase my wife an alternate Christmas present from a mall jewelry store, otherwise she wouldn't have gotten anything. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company, which I may or may not get back my money. Thank You for messing up my Christmas, you crooked SOB's.
I thought I would have received my purchase long before now. I am very dissapointed I still haven't received anything.
It's been a month since I've ordered my product and I have yet to recieve it. I keep trying to get ahold of their customer service, for a while now, and they still have yet to get back to me. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
I ordered a photo charm for my mums 60th photo, and paid extra for faster delivery. Not only did the charm not arrive within the allotted time (missing my mums birthday) it arrived with cuts through the photograph and a scratch on the middle of it. Disappointed, I emailed Glamulet who then said they'd recreate the item and send it back out, after another long wait I received the charm only to find a good quality photo but on the gem side of the charm it was covered in glue which would not move. I emailed glamulet who simply told me to try and get the glue off. The offered no other assistance in ensuring I would receive the item I paid for in good quality. I will NEVER order another item from glamulet again. Two chances to get it right and poor customer service. Never again. Buyers beware.
Paid for 3 day Shipping for $25 and received my order 8 days later... Then had to pay to have the item re-shipped to the person I ordered it for since it wasn't there in time to deliver in person. After emailing their "customer support" numerous times, there is definitely a communication barrier, as they could not understand the problem. Finally. They agreed to refund me $10 (after I paid $35 total for shipping for a $25 product). Will NOT be ordering from them again... and will be surprised if I actually receive a refund.
Stupidly, I read the reviews after placing an order for a personalised bead and instantly regretted placing the order. However, I didn't have a single problem with the order itself and when the bead arrived, on time, it was beautiful. It arrived in perfect condition with a little gift box with a suede-style gift bag inside. I'm glad I didn't cancel the order like I was going to do after reading other reviews. This was a gift for a relative, we got a photo of her husband and her on their wedding day in the 1960's and as her husband passed away at Christmas 2 years ago it made the bead really special. She was stunned when she saw it, thank you!
