The Glamulet jewels have be fit on the Pandora jewel of my girlfriend.
Frustrated. Sums up my initial response. I had reservations on ordering online, as I had done so previously with a completely different company last year. That was clothing and a few kiddies toys. They never showed up until two months later after I had cancelled the order! My friends all seem to be on board with online purchasing so I thought I would give it another try. They were to be Xmas gifts for my niece and new daughter-in-law. Once again I was disappointed although I guess I should have paid more attention to delivery fine print. I initially was under the impression it was 3 day delivery. Apparently that is only if you pay extra. Delivery is 9-25dys a pretty long wait in today's world I think! I got it just before New Years! I had run out at the last minute to purchase gifts in their place. I will keep these now and perhaps give them at some later date, but the experience just reinforced my distrust of online shopping. Not for me obviously!
Terrible got a bill invoice then nothing they sure took my money though... irate!
Needs a few charms to finish off a present and a friend pointed me to Gamulet.
I found dead they had an enormous range on offer and some were really cheap cost wise.
Having been caught by other firms I was concerned that the quality would be cheap too and that they'd take forever to arrive - not so...
The charms are charming (sorry) and they arrived 9 days later (take all the bank holidays and weekends off that and the charms arrived in 2 working days)!
I ask you, what more could you ask for...?
They charged extra for guaranteed Christmas delivery which I gladly paid... on 12/24 got the email that my item was leaving china. Told via email that I should understand that the items are handmade. Ok I get it but you know what, you took my money under false pretenses.
I did place my order but did not receive any email or tracking #. I have not received my order yet or any confirmation. Can some one tell me when it will be shipped or give me my tracking#. Thank you
Am happy with the quality of the two photo charms I ordered. Took three weeks from the date I ordered until shipped. Paid for express shipping, took two days. All my emails were responded to.
Payment was made Nov 29 and haven't received package or a tracking number. May not order from this site again.

The charms were good quality and just as pictured on line. Was happy to give as present for Christmas.
Very unique gift item, but unfortunately what looked great on the computer screen when creating the photo charm, did not look as great in real life. Highly recommend up close photo of one pet for this particular charm.
Never recieved my order, It was ordered Nov. 18 an by Jan. 2nd. I still had not received it. Sent several emails to Glamulet but they quit responding. I feel like they just don't care.
Glamulet has some of the most fascinating charms I've ever seen! I was going to buy 2 charms for my wife for Christmas but ended up buying 5. The charms are so stunningly beautiful, and there are so many to choose from. Thank you Glamulet!
My order was placed in November and I have yet to receive it... I've requested my money back but as of yet not heard from anyone... I'm very disappointed in both the delivery and the follow up...
Gifts bought for Christmas and delivered timely. Bracelet and charms were beautiful. Free charm was not what was in the ad and charms slightly smaller than expected, but for the price, definitely would purchase again
Delivered on 12/29/16. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts. The idea that I must have 100 words before submitting is ridiculous!

Nice charms but really wanted it for gift at Christmas.
Assured delivery of my product by a certain date, this deadline was missed by 4 days and when I tried to return the product they said I have to cover by own shipping or accept a £4 compensation package
