I paid an extra £9.95 for a guaranteed Christmas delivery and my order didn't arrive until 27th December.
Was told my delivery would take 9-15 days (guaranteed Christmas delivery) which didn't happen then when I emailed about it was lied to and told it was 9-25 days but I have an email saying 9-15 so not very happy with the clear lying so had to give my partner her Christmas present late
Stone feel out of back already plus issues with delivery arrived in uk before xmas deliverd just before new year so no guarantee christmas delivery.
So both supplier and courier poor.
Item was ordered for Christmas delivery, unfortunately there was a mistake with the postcode therefore Royal Mail have not delivered the parcel. I sent an email to Glamulet asking for help but so far have not received any response. I am very disappointed with this.
Paid over £10 for 3-5 day delivery - in fact took over 2 weeks. Spoke to a pandora member off staff who informed me these charms do not exisit. So what you are actually buying is fake. Awful quality photos are not lined up properly and half the jewels are missing. Dont excpect any contact back from them you will be ignored! Contact your bank and they will help get your money back.
Can not contact them by phone to find out when my charms will arrive money has already been taken from my bank account
Still waiting for item. Ordered 22nd December. Hopefully not much longer. Depending on how long I wait as to whether I would purchase again.
Bought something as a Christmas gift - paid extra for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Delivery finally came at New Year - contacted "customer services" but they would only say in poor English that it was on its way and to be patient, completely glossing over the fact that their own tracking system said it was posted AFTER the guaranteed delivery date!
Despite paying additional delivery and the item guaranteed before Christmas it did not arrive till afterwards
The item I cannot fault but paid for the guaranteed Xmas delivery and it didn't arrive in time.
I charm did not fit the bracelet and I had to drill it. And the express delivery is perfetic and expensive
This order was made on 21st December. I paid almost £10 delivery and expected the item by Christmas as the note said guaranteed Christmas delivery! I have since been told delivery is 9-15 days due to 'busy period'. I have suggested glamulet don't add statements that they can't uphold in the the future. They have thanked me for my understanding but I am still waiting having paid for delivery charges I consider excessive given no delivery materialised for Christmas.
When I placed my order it was guaranteed for Christmas and it didn't arrive till after Christmas, upon trying to contact yourselfs I have had no reply I would never recommend you to anyone and will never use you again
Glamulet charges me an extra 20$ on my purchase insisting I would receive it on Christmas. However my purchase did not come on Christmas and after about three emails my money was never refunded for the "Christmas delivery guaranteed"! So I guess I paid 20$ extra bucks for no reason. I'll never order from here again.
I paid an extra $25 to have my delivery before Christmas GUARANTEED. But I did not receive my shipment until the 28th. Very disappointed
I ordered this for my daughter at XMAS I still do not have the product and do not know where they are intending to sent the product. I asked for the product to be sent to her Cloncurry address however was advised it was going to 198 Elliot Road Hervey Range have not recieved the product at either address. I paid the extra 25 dollars for express delivery still nothing. If I have not reicieved the product by the end of next week I will be requesting my money back if you are not a fraudlent company
Never received the items I ordered. I will be reporting this company to the better business Bureau.
Not only did I not receive "gaurenteed Christmas delivery", but I was disappointed at the craftsmanship of the product. The picture had shadows on it and the glass that covers the picture did not sit flush on the image. It was raised and looked poorly assembled.
Item is awful. I might as well have just thrown the money in the garbage. I will attempt to contact glamulet once. I expect their customer service to be as awful
I pay for express post, and à still dont have anything yet! We are the 3 jan 2017, and I was supossed to give for christmas..
