Was promised delivery before Christmas and it came a few days after was not impressed with this as first time customer will go else where in future!

Product was guaranteed before Christmas even paid the extra shipping cost and it still arrived late.
I recently purchased an item for my wife for Christmas. This was 7 business days prior to Christmas. I selected to pay extra shipping to make sure I had it by Christmas. The label guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas. I did not receive a tracking number until Dec. 26 and the package was delivered Dec. 28. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times via phone and email, with no luck. I have heard nothing from the company! I will never order from the company again due to this matter. I would warn all customers to be extra cautious when ordering with a timeline!
As of now I haven't received my items nor have I been able to track it.

I ordered on November 30th to be sure it would arrive by Christmas.
Unfortunately, the package only left China December 27th and has still not arrived yet...
I do not recommend this company for anyone they do not deliver on their shipping promess (6-25 days)
Very disappointed in the delivery. I paid $25 to ship a $25 purchase and it was late.
I payed extra money for the Christmas delivery guarantee and did not receive my item untill the 30th of December. Very unimpressed.
Everything fine. It did say guaranteed delivery for Christmas and I didn't get it for Christmas but the Jewelry was spot on.
Firstly, I ordered this stuff on the 20th of December, not the 23rd! Still haven't received it! Paid extra for guaranteed Christmas delivery which was a load of $#*!. Asked what the story was and the support staff were extremely unhelpful.

Fantastic charms at amazing prices, I didn't even mind paying nearly £10 delivery because you have quality Pandora charms at rock bottom prices. I will be a customer for life.
I paid the extra £10.00 to have the charm delivered before Chrstmas and it didn't arrive until the 29th. My daughter loved the charm and it was beautiful so no complaints with the charm.
No regrets good experience good delivery. Two days before expected will use site again.
I ordered using guaranteed Christmas delivery promise. Items didn't turn up till 4 or 5 days after the big event. Was happy with my purchase though.
Disappointed paid 12.95 for Xmas delivery and still don't have it yet won't be ordering again from u's and will tell everyone about this company I already emailed u's and u's have ignored my message stupid $#*!s
