Didn't know when I would recv my items, so I was a little worried hoping I would get tracking update but never did

I ordered a few charms on 12/15 and to darte, still have not received my order. Which I ordered for my wife for Christmas.

I paid for guaranteed Christmas delivery but I didn't get until 2 or 3 days after Christmas and It was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Was disappointed in the quality of the charms. Was under the impression I was ordering Pandora. When I went onto the site it gave the impression that it was a Pandora website. I felt deceived.

Good deal, quick delivery and good quality. I've bought a few charms now and always pleased.

Paid extra for faster delivery before Christmas n it was still late

Great quality item, however the delivery and tracking the delivery was terrible. Item arrived 1 week after promised date.

Ok, so it seemed like a good idea, but the pic is very white washed, certainly no vivid colours and it said "in time for Xmas delivery - which it would have been but you need to realise that even though its a. co.uk site they are based in China, so expect that it will take time. I think we paid £50 in all for a bit of tat that looks to be worth no more that £10

I have not received the items that I have ordered, still waiting and wondering what is going on with stuff...

Absolutely rubbish, they still haven't sent a response to 2 emails, a facebook message or a twitter message. We paid £12 for delivery before Christmas day it arrived 30th December!

Good experience, very satisfied, good quality of merchandise, quick delivery, not as much choice in the men collection than in the women one (for example not a large choice in the blockers)

Absolutely loved the product, we ordered it as a gift and the recipient is more than happy with it. The only let down was that every delivery option when ordering 5 days before Christmas stated that Christmas delivery was garaunteed, however it didn't show up until New Years Eve.
