Anniversary gift. This survey is a pain in the $#*! not sure why I have to write 100 letters. Each time I try just get more dissatisfied.

Pleasantly surprised but the speed and quality of the item. Received though I did have to pay extra duty to received the items.

Item was nice but dissapointedwith the lateness.

Ordered 5 charms, which arrived quickly. All charms are lovely but Unfortunately, all came packaged together in one Gamulet box, which was dented due to only being in a jiffy-bag. They were to be individual gifts so I will now have to buy gift boxes separately!

Its january 6th and i ordered on dec 20, it does say 9-25 days so i still have some time but its only showing up as 'collected' from dec 21 in the tracking system from CHINA! I don't feel very confident after reading other reviews that anything will be delivered at least not soon but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Was very pleased with my order and it came earlier than expected. Fantastic, will be using and recommending to friends and family. Thank you.

Ordered my items and nearly 3 weeks later they have not arrived

I ordered two pieces and paid 24.95 for express delivery assuring me it would arrive before Christmas pet your advertisement at the check out! I ordered both items on 12/19 and only received one on 12/28. I want a refund for delivery and the second charm I never received I paid you 78.00 dollars and received one charm. I want refund and answers

Ordered 2 personalised charms for my wife's birthday, items where made and delivered within a week.
Wife was over the moon with charms.

Im not happy with the item and woulf like a refubd but undure how to go about a refund as i have no contact details. When speaking with Glamulet they did not have any order from myself. I believe this to be a fake

I saw it labeled as Pandora for sale on Facebook, went through the process on the order and received a different brand.

Really satisfied with my purchase of 5 charms. Exceeded my expectations. I will be ordering more in the future.

I ordered on nov. 29 2016. I still to this day (1/05/17) have not got my order.

I did not receive an email telling me my charm had been sent, so I was a little worried. But it arrived in the time promised. The charm itself is very cute and I love it. It would've been a nicer item to receive if it had come in nicer packaging, rather than the plastic bag stating made in China. However, I still love my charm and will continue shopping with Glamulet.

Still no revived parcels from you so not happy don't think use again

Placed order on Dec. 4. Items still haven't arrived. No phone. No answer on emails. These were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

Ordered a lovely charm
It's been two and a half weeks and I still haven't received it.
My tracking number hasn't worked and also won't let me email the company!
Hope I haven't wasted £35!
