Never received my purchase; I place my order on Dec. 30,2016 and I never received in the mail and now it been 10 days.

Charms are very small and shipping was a nightmare. Ordered approximately 12/6 and received 1/9. I will never order from this web site in the future.

Ordered, and received, two charms and a leather bracelet. All three items arrived safely and in a timely manner. All three items are well-made, and are exactly what I ordered.

Until today still not receive my order, have email to customer service, but no reply from them,,

Customer service was not able to address customer question and poor follow up.

Ordered and delivered as per advertised description in about 2 weeks. Considering package came from China this is not bad.

It was easy to order and there were no problems in between the charm arrived on time and everyone was happy

I placed an order this did not arrive and still hasn't arrived when I email which has been 4 times I get the same message please track your order and I keep saying they say delivered however no one has delivered my charm. This was a Christmas gift I have asked for a refund however no luck.

I paid £12.95 for postage to ensure delivery for Christmas as the web page stated "guaranteed delivery for Christmas "

I ordered a bracelet and safety chain. This was my second purchase. Previously I had purchased beads. I was very happy with the quality of the items.

Really pretty charms, just like photos. They fit my Pandora bracelet. Already looking at charms for my next order!

My stuff at here yet it's taking forever even though I picked the 9 to 25 days to get here the time is up already it should be here by now I want my stuff spending so much money on this stupid charm was stupid there stuff ain't even cute

Ordered online received items quickly and love them! Will look at ordering more from this site as very easy to deal with and very reasonable prices

According to your website if I paid 14.95 I would receive my goods in 5 to 7 days when I enter mailed you I was told it could take up to 24 day's

Received items but no returns note otherwise I would have sent them back as I have only collected Pandora charms for my bracelet. I am a pensioner so money is of the essence and I feel I have wasted it.
However, delivery was good they were just put through my letterbox.
The other thing I didn't realise I had to pay extra as the price wasn't in sterling.

Shipping carrier is terrible. 9-25 days! What legitimate carrier takes that long? Havent received product yet, so I can't comment on quality.

Awful customer service. Cancelled my order within an hour of placing it, (sent 3 emails) with no response from them and they shopped it out regardless 6 hours later. Now they want me to pay for postage and ship it back when it arrives from China before offering a refund. Are the kidding?

Ordered the photo charm bead and was very happy with it. The photo seemed small when it arrived, but I know what it is a picture of, so that's all that mattered to me. Have put the bead on my Pandora bracelet, which is lovely, just make sure that it's not the last bead closest to your opening though, as due to the hole being larger than genuine Pandora beads it may fall off.
