I still have not received my order that I was informed via email that it was sent out on December 25th.
Need to exchange bracelet for a larger size. Company will not respond either by phone or email. Don't have an address so I can return merchandise.
I didn't expected that all to look so good. It was a great purchase and it worth the money Looking forward for other new charms for my bracelets

I ordered a braclet and had to return it. They sent me the form and I paid 13.00 shipping because it had to go to China. I ordered it for California and would expect to return it there. It made me very angry to also learn of my bank taking out a 1.50 international fee, ( TWICE). I can tell you this I am in a business and if I pulled these tactics I'd be left in the cold. I have always felt that word of mouth can your best advertisement, but it can be your worst also. In the case of Glamulet, well I think you can guess what words will come from my mouth. Take me off your mailing list and do not contact me ever again. Your total rip offs, trying to squeeze every hard earned cent out of the American People.
Love it! Well expected but thought pink stones would be darker but I love it either way. I will ordering more charms very soon as well. Customer service was great ad well.
Easy site to use lots of variety. Still waiting for product. Wish delivery was faster. This was for a gift for my sister who is retiring.
Bought the photo charm for my daughter & she loved her kitten picture in it, nice if you want something different.
I like all of the charms. My custom charm is nice but it has some odd spots or bubbles that is partially blocking the image I selected. But it isn't completely obscured so I still like it. But it isn't perfect so that's why I gave 4 stars.
I am still waiting for my order that I paid for on the 27/12/2016 I Think I have been ripped off. I can't even track my order. The latest date I can get is 29/12/2016
I was worried after reading all the reviews that I wouldn't receive the 2 charms I ordered on 26 December 2016. I needn't have worried. They arrived yesterday within the 9-15 days quoted when ordering and they are lovely. I couldn't be happier but maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones!

Very pleased with the pendant and memory picture charm I bought! It looked exactly how it did online. Great quality jewelry. Only con was, that it took 25 days to get it! Happy it came in time for Christmas! :)
I never really got the delivery, hopefully it will be handed in shortly. As soon as it does (or does not) I'll be able to provide some evaluation.
Absolutely delighted with both the product (charms for my pandora bracelet), and the prompt and efficient service.
Although the package was coming from China to the UK it came in just over a week and I was able to track the package every step of the way.
The charms are high quality and delightful. I would definitely use this company again.
I asked a question in nov and got an answer in the middle of dec. I would not have bought the charms if I had known it was coming from china. You need to do more.
Still have not received my order. It is taking a long time - this order was made December 14!

Email from Glamulet says that I can track the package, but once I go to this website, there's a required verification code of some type that is not provided by the email. Tried to cancel order once I realized that the package is coming from China. Unable to do so at this time. Had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction since they were deceptive with the information provided by the website. Don't purchase from this website unless your willing to wait up to 2 weeks to receive your purchase, but they take your money as soon as the item ships.
I honestly am in love with my charms. I ordered 3 and they are SO sparkly and pretty I am dying over the excitement. I have the gold pandora bracelet and was wanting some filler pieces not costing an arm or leg but with the same matierals used and this is nothing short or amazing!
And for real, I was SUPER skeptical when reading the reviews on google about people not getting their items and being charged... my experience with Glamulet was the polor opposite. I received my order confirmation right away and then a shipping confirmation. The tracking showed a label was created and ready to ship. A few days later I logged in and the status was the same so I thought that maybe it would take the full 9-20 days they said or I wasn't getting it because this was a bad site based on some reviews. Well 12 days later I received my package!
Don't believe everything you read... this site is legit and I am definitely buying more :)
Items were not as shown on website. Two did not even for my Pandora bracelet. Silver looked green.
