I ordered it 11/25/16 and have yet to receive it. You send emails to the company and get no response and they have no telephone number for you to call. HORRIBLE AND NEVER AGAIN.
It makes no sense to wait 9 to 25 days for the item to arrive via standard shipping.
It has been 18 days and I'm still waiting.
I ordered a bracelet and (8) charms as gifts, for a total purchase of $250. While the quality of each piece is lovely, the packaging is horrendous! All items are shipped in individual clear ziplock bags and then placed in ONE (1) Glamulet small box. I realize that these were on sale; however, HOW am I to give these as gifts without individual boxes? This truly cheapens the look and value of the product, all for the mere cost of a 10 cent box? I'm very disappointed in this short-sighted and poor business practice.
Item was never received. I had to go someplace else. It was cheaper where I went. I only paid $11 for the same thing.

Looks great! Got there in a timely fashion. Read a lot of reviews stating that people were not receiving their orders and they could not get a hold of customer service. I had no problem getting a hold of CS and my order which was guaranteed before christmas, got there about 5 days before.
Ordered charm 16th December and paid £10 guaranteed delivery before xmas, contacted Friday before Christmas still awaiting response from glamulet, charm was eventually delivered 29th December with a text from Royal Mail 25 minutes before delivery. Great late present from my son to his mum.
Very good sale prices. Would have liked more larger ring sizes available. Cant wait to see my purches and then I will really be able to give you a more honest review and hopefully then tell family and friends of your product
I received my order as scheduled however I was disappointed in the sizes of the charms. I think they should be a bit larger especially when it comes to the photo charms. Aside from that, my first experience was okay.

I would just like to say considering I'm sending it to a family friend I wouldn't see it but knowing that they tell me everything I want to know where it is. I've been waiting for a email stating it has been delivered. If I don't get confirmation for this I will be going to my bank for a full refund on the purchase and reporting this as a bad experience but if it arrives in the next couple of days I'll be happy. I'm just confused as to why after placing it on the 3rd of this month why is it still not arrived at the destination after 10 days of placing it.
Would not purchase again from this company. We ordered on 28. 12. 16. Still waiting on delivery. Do not purchase anything. Do not trust this company.
I didn't receive all of my order but there was no explanation and trying to reach someone to make them aware was very disappointing. I received part of my order on January 9,2017. It took over a month they had my phone number why didn't they contact me if there was a problem? I have left an email 2 days ago and still no response! Please contact me regarding my order!
I ordered my charm 2-3 weeks ago and have not received it or even a email since the confirmation one. I emailed them enquiring my order and they have not responded at all. Very disappointed as it was a present from my daughter and my first birthday as a mum.
My order was placed De. 17th 2016 - still didn't get the delivery... was advised it will be here 5-9 business days (email Dec. 28) - it's January 13th - nothing came!
Happy with the product can see why it took a while. Customer service is a bit crap, emailed the company twice with standard questions and got no reply.
Ordered a personalised photo charm. Their website is really easy to use and the quality of the charm is brilliant, really pleased. Service was fantastic, did not have to wait too long.

I bought 2 of the love heart charms you can pick a photo to go in. I picked a very clear photo for them and they arrived yesterday and you can't see what the picture is.
Items received are of good quality and workmanship. This is my first charm bracelet experience and it is a good one!
