If I could give them a zero I would. Please avoid this company, they are completely fraudulent. I placed an order on November 22,2016 and it is now January 25,2017. I never received my order. I have contacted them multiple times regarding this and I have not heard back since December 22,2016. In this reply from the company, they told me that the courier is slow and they would be in contact to try to speed them up. They also told me they would issue me a $3 refund once I received my package for the inconvenience. Well I have never received that! I never received my order and I have requested a refund, in which I never heard back from the company! I have emailed them twice since then and I got no reply! DO NOT TRUST GLAMULET EVER! I will never do business with this company and I will make sure to spread the word for others!
Requiring just one pendant, the delivery cost was £10 on an item of £20! I tried to request a reduced delivery cost, but to no avail :( No response to four emails that I sent. Such a shame, and terrible customer service.
I can not track the package, shipping has not been updated in 7 days and now it is saying the package can not be tracked. Extremely frustrating, I needed this for a gift. I thought this was shipping from the United Stated not China - at the moment completely dissatisfied with this purchase.
I ordered several charms for Christmas and was told on-line and in my receipt that I had "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" - did not receive before Christmas and found out that charms weren't even shipped from China until 12/28/2016. Tried to stop delivery and company told me that items were "in transit" on 12/24/2016... obviously not "in transit" if they weren't shipped out until 12/18/2016. Shady seller. Tried to resolve through PayPal but they were of no help whatsoever.

Ordering was easy. Charm came very quickly for $15 shipping charge. It was cute but much smaller than I expected. The Pandora charms were larger, and this one could barely be seen.
Almost nonexistent tracking info. Your tracking site is difficult to use to the extent that I obtained no information and finally gave up.
I ordered thru Amazon after my order thru you. They kept me posted all the way without my having to enter anything and I received my order Two days ago. (Granted they didn't have to create anything).
I love the product, the price is very interesting when compare to Pandora, the shipping was fast and the website was easy to use.

The bead I bought was expensive, but charging 50% of the purchase price for shipping and handling on a tiny bead is ABSURD! I will not be purchasing anything from Glamulet again.
I spent $170 on boxing day, but it's 20/01/2017, I never receive the package. I won't shop in this website again.
Very disappointed, I received the wrong personalised charm after waiting 2 weeks for it to be delivered, and instead got a charm of a random couple. I have sent 3 emails this week to arrange a return and have had no response back! This was supposed to be a special gift for a close friend who just lost her grandmother. Hopefully o will get some sort of response soon.
Bright & Cheap, do fit pandora or 2 big, wivout added import cost. Hollow xplain price. Detailing not precise. Pandora far outclasses. Made in shanghai 4 £34. Over £115 profit & £17 import fee deferred 2 me. Not happy.
