Camera charm arrived with what looks like a round lead ball lodged in the hole through which bracelet is threaded. I cannot remove it, thus useless to me. The remaining charms are lovely.
When I ordered my bracelet I was supposed to get a free heart charm which I didn't. I called several times left messages and email with no response from you. Not a way to make me returning customer. Send my charm than maybe.
Ordered a charm with a photo of my dead father's on. When it came back I couldn't believe what I was looking at.my dead father's face was so tiny his eyes were like the size of fullstops. 30 pound I paid for a piece of sh*t. Absolutely rubbish I can't put into words how angry I am. I'm bloody raging
These were protracted as real pandora charms online when I searched Pandora Ireland online
Also no facility to return them no address

I sent my product back and have yet to receive a refund or an update on it. I have sent emails and no response.
Arrived within stated time. Lovely rose gold colour which matches my rose gold Pandora charms and fits bracelet. Only criticism is elivery charge which at ten pounds is extortionate and would put me off using g again

Have not received order even though I did get email that my payment has been received. Wondering what could be the problem!?
I have several orders outstanding with Glamulet which I have received no notification about, yet Glamulet had no problem charging my credit card.
On the first day that I became a customer I placed 3 orders.
$117.95 was credited to my account for duplicate product yet $112.05 has never been credited to my account.
Jan 21 $229.76 (order # *******594) I was charged for, but I never received the list.
Jan 22 $ 68.92 I was charged for but I never received the list.
Jan 23 $ 76.96 I was charged for but I never received the list.
Jan 24 $ 69.92 x 3 = $209,76 (order # *******594) never received a list for.
Jan 24 $ 99.92 (order # *******602) never received a list for.
I sent a email earlier yesterday (Saturday) morning if this will be of assistance.
I would never recommend your company only for the lack of customer service. Your company has no problem charging my credit card for product which I purchased, but they do not seem it is necessary to send a list showing which product was purchased to avoid duplication and to show the customer is receiving the correct product. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. (NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER).

I ordered over a month ago. I was supposed to get an email with tracking info and when I didn't I emailed and asked why not. Mind you my money was already taken out of my account. Then I was told there was some issue and they were sending it then. But if I hadn't emailed asking would they have not sent my order? Not too happy. It was a gift and I expected to receive it awhile ago.
Terrible, run away and dont consider purchasing there product. I've purchase my charms and its taking forever
