The charms with the photos were of poor quality I can barely see the pictures. Then there's a mother/daughter charm that doesnt fit on the bracelet. The bracelet arrived in the wrong size I ordered 19cm and this bracelet was 18cm. I was supposed to receive a free bangle bracelet for spending over a certain amount instead I got the same bracelet as the one I ordered which is also in the wrong size so I have 2 useless bracelets. My mother'a birthday is only a few days away so now i have to spend more money & buy her another bracelet.

Apparently I need to provide 100 characters which I'd weird because if everything was done correctly I shouldn't have to say that much, but if you insist I'll keep writing even though I think this is absurd. I said good job, damn, just take the compliment.

I am VERY pleased with all of the charms that I received. They are beautiful. However with my purchase being over $150.00 I was supposed to receive a free bracelet and did not. Very disappointed in that.
It takes like 3 weeks. I ordered on january 29 and got my order on feburary 18... but the products are really good quality! I ordered many things from Glamulet and I am not disepoint!
I found the quality of the charms that fit my Pandora to be equally as beautiful as the Pandora Store charms. I was pleased with the order and it arrived in a timely manner. Will order more merchandise from Glamulet.

The bead I saw and purchased from their website looked beautiful. The bead I received is so small the detail almost gets lost, and it is much smaller than the other beads on my bracelet. I was vey disappointed. I would not likely buy from from this vendor again.

THE ORDERING PROCESS WENT SMOOTH UNTIL I NOTICED I DIDNT RECIEVE THE FREE GRIFT YOU'RE SUPPOSE TO GET FOR SPENDING A CERTIN AMOUNT OF MONEY. SECOND THEY HAVE 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IVE EMAIL AND CALLED SEVERAL TIMES A DAY FOR SEVERAL DAYS INQUIRES GO UNRESPONDED. I PAID FOR EXPRESS delivery and still recieved my gifts for my wife 3 days after Valentine's day. Scam scam scam DO NOT SPEND YOUR MINEY WITH THESE PEOPLE
Creating the charm easy, the purchase process was simple and shipping was as indicated. The photo on the charm looked great, enough so that it brought my mother to tears when she opened her gift.
