I received my bracelet yesterday, very happy with my purchase, is as described on web, maybe a bit more on the brown side than black. My purchased arrived on the time they stated.

The quality of the product is as expected and the product was delivered within the time frame defined for product delivery

Terrible. I'm trying to get the size Bracelets that I ordered? I got 6/12 but I ordered 71/2 size? These Bracelets do not fit, so they are useless to us? I'm not getting any response from Glamulet. Customer service! This has been a vary disappointing experience!

Very good quality as described online but slow delivery even though I paid the extra money to be fast.

Item received did not look at all like the one we ordered - the delivery time in itself was not too bad - the tracking information was difficult to follow and took you to a Chinese language site

It has been a month now and I didn't receive it. I don't thing that I will make any future orders. I contact the customer care and they ask me to be patient. I can't believe it

Haven't received my merchandise so I won't be able to rate it. I ordered my items on February 8,2017 and I have yet to receive my order. I tried tracking it and couldn't get through to no one and don't have any updates on it either. So I will probably not order anything else from here

The charms are beautiful but they dont have the screw in function of pandora charms. Also customer service was not very good, one of the charms I purchased was different to that on the site and they refused to pay for postage back despite me purchasing many charms. Takes a while to get response from them.

Didn't get my order right and would not answer phone calls or emails. I ordered a week before Valentine's Day and got it the day before but got the wrong items. I'm very undatisfied.

It may have been a coincidence, but someone in London tried to use the credit card I used to purchase from Glamulet who just happens to be there too

Sent a picture for a photo bead, got the bead and the faces were all white barely able to see features and that with a magnifying glass. When i asked to have it redone they said no it looked good to them, I can't wear the bead of my "scary" looking grandchildren. No refund either.

Website forced me to pay for express shipping. Still have not received the item yet. Customer service does not answer to any emails or phone calls. Had to call my bank to dispute the charge. Would tell everyone that it is a Scam

Perfect product individually crafted. Could not be better. 100% the first time around. Better than expected.

My first-time experience with Glamulet was above and beyond my expectations. The item was delivered before the quoted time frame. The packaging was more than adequate. The merchandise was even better than anticipated, which was a very nice surprise. I will definitely be a return customer when in the market for like merchandise and other items that they may carry.

Pandora charm doesn't fit the bracelet and for be 30 dollars a charm. I think they should fit properly.

I ordered a charm for my fiancé for Valentine's Day she picked out because she wanted the free charm gift that came with the order however I did not receive the free charm as advertised with my order.

I was disappointed with my product. They should've let me know that my photo wouldn't be visible beforehand. Or to choose a better quality photo.

Please let me know how I can returned those because I did call stay on hold leave an voicemess. And untill today no one single person call me back. Once again I have to returned those charmins please thanks
