Great prices and the charms last. Something for everyone and every occasion
I ordered a mother's bracelet for my daughter, a new mother. I found something else that was more appropriate and instructed her to simply refuse the delivery when it came. It was refused and returned to Glamulet's address on the label. Long story short, they said it was sent to the wrong address. Glamulet's address was not their address? It was an automatic response to deny and dodge. I asked for my money back (over $90) but they did not budge. I was furious. Very dishonest company or dishonest employees who take packages that are returned. Which is it? Either way, the consumer gets the short end.

Website promote a better clearer picture than what it delivers
When I ordered the pictured beads I spent over a certain amount to get a free gift, this I was lead to believe was a bracelet and not a gift box which I could have bought for a lot less money. I am pleased with the beads but not the gift feel misslead.
Not happy at all, i made sure the picture i chose had really good colour quality so it would look really good on the charm, it looks black and white! I am not happy at all!
I was able to order a quality, bespoke charm as a present for my daughter-in-law in memory of her much- loved dog. The process was simple and the service excellent. I'm delighted with the result!

My sister and I ordered a personalised pet charm for our mother. After we placed the order we came across numerous negative reviews for this company, regarding products not getting delivered, tracking numbers not working and about poor customer service, therefore we were VERY anxious in the lead up to our delivery date.
I am very happy to say that we received a different experience. Throughout the process we received correspondence via email and text regarding the whereabouts of our gift and our tracking number worked and had a detailed log of where our gift was throughout the entire shipping process from Shanghai.
The actual pet charm itself is beautiful, the image we selected fitted perfectly and the gift nearly brought tears to our mother's eyes. It is a gift for a lifetime and we are so grateful to Glamulet for creating such a beautiful gift and for providing the service it promised.

Loved the identical doggy charms for my daughters bracelets & I'm sure they'll be thrilled too. My only niggle is that the charms came in one box and as its for 2 people, I'll need to find another small box to put it in for Xmas.
A great alternative to Pandora, but without the price and more styles to choose from a charm with photo inside. Be prepared if choosing this item that the photo is very small and having used a well lit (studio) photo, it was very light.
