I ordered multiple charms, including a personalized pic. The delivery was slower than what was outlined ( by about a week) but the charms were exactly as I expected! The pic quality was clear and well made. The charms fit my daughters pandora bracelet with no issues.

Perfect just what I wanted would recommend anytime.and did my friend ordered one for herself after seeing mine

It's been a month and I still haven't received my order it was going to be a birthday gift. Now the birthday is long past and still no gift! The website said shipment in a week from order time

I was worried that the ring I ordered wouldn't arrive but just as shipping stated it arrived. I loved that the site gave me an email as soon as the ring was in my mail box. I even saw the carrier person walking over to the next house once I ran to my mail box.

Charm is lovely, I emailed them about when it would be delivered and got email back straight away x

Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting - do not purchase form them. I am still waiting for a refund 2 months after requesting one. Also requesting was a real pain as they didn't accept that i didn't want the item instead choosing to argue the fact claiming i should keep.

I got no confirmation email and no shipping notification. PayPal held off on the payment for two weeks assuming I'd have my order by then. They took the money yesterday and I still don't ha e my order. Never shopping here again!

Glamulet's charms are so exquisite. Its a fraction of the cost of Pandora. The charms are sterling silver and fit the Pandora bracelet. Best purchase ever.

First it took longer then it was suppose to. When I got it didn't come in a box it came in a little ziplock bag. When I finally opened it the ring was bent.
