It seemed to take a long time to arrive, but when it did, I was very pleased with the photo charm.
I have it on my Pandora bracelet, and although picture is quite small people do notice it.
I made the order and didnt receive one item. They wrote that will make a refund. Money was not returned to me, my letters are not answered. I was deceived!
Quite simply the worst product, the worst quality control and the worst customer service I have ever experienced - strongly suggest you avoid this company at all costs!
Ordered a Glamulet bracelet for Christmas & it came from London quite quick. A matter of days. Did next order for 6 charms for it as a Valentine's surprise and 22 days later still no sign. Took money quickly but after checking Chinese tracking number emailed to me I soon discovered that the order wasn't even ready for dispatch until 16 days after it was made. Maybe she'll actually get it by next Christmas.
The charm was poorly made with resin dripping all over it. This was a gift for my wife and due to the picture being ruined it was not the surprise I wanted. I tried to arrange a refund or return but received no reply from Glamulet.
Good as gold, good service, good packaging, timely delivery, wonderful charms! Very impressed, and will surely order more.

I received this Glamulet bead as a gift and I absolutely love it. I am amazed at the sparkle of the zirconia stones and how well the variety of sizes and shapes works with everything. I love how the colors catch the light! This bead is beautifully crafted, well polished and smooth to the touch. The size of the core fits onto my bracelet and allows it to move freely. This is an average sized bead so it fits in well on my bracelet. As an online shopper, I rely heavily on product reviews left by other customers. Good or bad, they are a wonderfully useful tool that I use when trying to decide what to purchase. I strive to leave meaningful feedback for those products I feel strongly about. I absolutely love this charm! I bought a Pandora bracelet earlier in the year and it was the Mother's Day promo bracelet and while I have no intention on filling it up completely, the free charm and the decorative stoppers weren't quite enough so I purchased this bead charm along with another lavender heart one to add to my bracelet and they fit perfect! No one knows they're not Pandora charms not to mention, and now I have purchased three beads for Glamulet. I will buy more in the future.
I Love this charm! I have over 20 Pandora charms and 6 Pandora bracelets and I got bored with what Pandora offered in terms of colorful charms. So I decided to look around and find a few colorful charms to add to my bracelets. Now, keep in mind that I am very loyal to Pandora and was against adding "off brand" charms to my bracelet. When I found this bead on Amazon with Prime shipping I figured I had nothing to lose. If I didn't like the quality, I could just return it. As soon as I opened the box I was in love. This is BY FAR my favorite charm on my bracelet. The gemstone quality is great, the overall quality is great, the size is perfect and... well... it is just perfect in every way. I would recommend this bead to absolutely anyone and everyone... in fact, I'm purchasing a few for Christmas Day today!
Beautiful in person. Stones look very clear and are set nicely. I got this for my best friend who's born in December. Real silver. It's a solid piece with nice weight to it when held in hand.It fits her Swarovski charm bracelet and fit my Pandora bracelet too!
No order confirmation or response! Paid for my order December 3rd and received no email order confirmation. I have emailed, submitted a ticket and messaged over Facebook. No response! This is a Christmas gift and I have no way to track. The lack of communication is very disappointing.
I ordered on Nov. 25, and get track number on Nov. 26, shows it was shipped on Nov. 27. Today is Dec. 18, i tracked my order again, found it is still in shanghai(China), i don't think i can receive it(Canada). It is very awful.
I emailed the customer service and they asked me to be patient and gave me a tracking number, looks like it has only just today left the airport? The delivery is awful. I ordered a pet charm for my daughter for Christmas and I am now really worried it is not going to turn up. Also the website hides the fact that deliveries are coming from China not America as it states that's where its head quarters are. Trying to pull the wool over customers eyes is terrible service. They should be honest about where the items are coming from and how long it will take. It certainly isn't 9-15 days. If they had been honest I would have ordered earlier!

The charm looks wonderful. Although a little small since it is a bead, you can see the picture quite well.
OMG my order arrived today - and I am so happy! These looked flat in the picture, but are actually very high quality 3D! The pave-set green stones are almost irridescent - like real hummingbird feathers :D They are just beautiful!
I really love the photo charm i lost my pet so this charm means alot to me and will always be in my heart!
