Glamulet

Found this website by chance and would recommend to anyone who is looking for something a little different. The photo charm was a special birthday present for my daughter who was over the moon - ordering was easy and it arrived as stated. The charm is beautiful and excellent value. Will definitely be back. I absolutely love the paw print charms and plan to get more. The craftsmanship is awesome. Service is great. This is a good company with an outstanding product.

Sent pic and couldn't believe how well the charm looks. Would definitely recommend glamulet as I was a bit sceptical about buying online but once I received my charm I immediately ordered another. Can't wait to see both my daughter's faces at Xmas.

Never got my order or any help in finding it, despite the countless calls and emails. They took the money and still have not refunded me or apologised. This is an absolutely awful service, I feel scammed.

Item never arrived, had to get a refund through PayPal as Glamulet never replied to any of my correspondence through email or Facebook!

A really bad customer service and the return policy is false advertisement. I Started my return on august 23, during the month of the products warranty. On october 10 they received the item and told me that my refund will be ready in 7 working days and until now nothing has happened. I even had to pay the return fee, and now they don't answer my emails. Terrible. The worst online shopping experience.

Great production. They are as thick as I expect them to be. They look great and clips are very firm. My salon Will buy more again.

I wrote in to them so many times regarding my order that was placed 3 weeks ago but till now no one seems to be answering from the other side.

So happy that i got the vegas charm for my holiday theme bracelet as couldnt get it anywhere else. Item was delivered very quick so happy with order.

The product are not that goodSome of them are plasticI want toreturn them. But I cant find the way! No refund place!

On every occasion I inquired about the order not delivered, I received no reaction. The money is received immediately, but getting an order delivered has never been anything but a pain.
I will not deal with Glamulet again.
I will certainly not recommend Glamulet to anyone else.
