3 weeks - no delivery. Customer service response did not address the complaint. Merely told me to use the tracking feature after I clearly stated there had been no update since the original entry. Will not be ordering from Glamulet again.

I was on yutube watching Pandora reviews, when I came across your product. A lot of yutubers had done a review on your bracelets and pendent. I was amazed with the quality and the similarity to the Pandora bracelets so I decided to buy my daughter and I a bracelet with a few pendent. We do own Pandora products but I wanted to give you a try. I haven't received my bracelet yet but I will be a frequent shopper. I love the price, styles and large inventory.
Ordered a charm with a picture of my friends dog on it for her birthday, I received the charm yesterday. The colour is completely off & it isn't in the placement I wanted.
I messaged them to ask if they could resend another. They replied with no apologies what so ever and not able to update me as they weren't sure what they were allowed to do.
Today I was told after badgering them again that they'd sent me an email, I couldn't open this email from them, I am unsure why. I have no problem with my email account especially since it is just their email that will not open.
I have told them this and they've not replied. I'm really really not happy. I will be telling people about this and I have an online Facebook following where my videos get 50k views. This needs fixing.

Still haven't received the charms, no way to track since I don't have a verification code. So can't comment on charms themselves
Very pleased with the transaction. Prices reasonable. Love the specials as I have three granddaughters who are trying to complete their bracelets with beads.

Ordered something different, no longer in stock. So I was asked it I wanted something different, sight unseen I said yes but would have preferred the other. Took over a month to get it.
The item I ordered came promptly and was of a excellent standard. I Was slightly disappointed by the size of the actual the photograph. As it was not as clear to see as I would have wanted.
Need to response to phone or emails first time don't know if I would do it again could be a gu company but not to relate to customers is no good service
Hello I have just received my charm and I am very disappointed with it. The picture is of me and my niece. The picture I sent you was clear and you can see us both with colour... what I received was a very white pale picture so much so you can't even see me holding a baby in my arms! Paying £32... including postage and getting that in return is disheartening and now will not have part of a gift in time for my sisters baby's christening!
Can you please advise me to how this will be getting rectified asap

TERRIBLE. Total scam. Ordered 3 weeks ago and paid for express shipping and still do not have my order. Tracking doesn't work either.

Ordered bracelet and 2 charms, with one free. Charms are lovely, put one on bracelet, tried to put it on, it will not close. MAY order charms again, not bracelets. In addition, shipping says 5 items were sent, while 4 were ordered, and received. Not gonna bother trying to refund the bracelet from China, you get what you pay for.
