I order 15 charms and this is the time that I have not receive them I have been writing asking what happend and nobody respond me back. So I think thast you stolle my money that is to bad because I spect to receive my charms and I dont want to loose my money this way can you writeme back telling me what happened. I have been trying g to track my package but when I go to type it in it notifies me that tracking is not available.

I ordered on March 12th a Easter charm as of today I have not received it.
I cannot track this item it just doesn't work

I have placed and order more than a week ago and I haven't received any information about my order. I have written to you three times and I haven't received any response. The tracking number that showed on the order receipt doesn't exist.

Happy with product and delivery service. Only thing I would say is chose your photo wisely with a plain background as the photo in my charm obviously smaller than it looked on line. It will make subject clearer if less background colours. I am still happy with the product received.

I ordered my items almost 2 weeks ago and have not received my order yet. There is no updated shipping and tracking information and it is frustrating.

Ordering my photo charms was easy, reasonably priced, shipped in a timely manner. Very pleased with the quality.

No way to contact glamulet, phone number doesn't work... email wasn't replied to, facebook chat people were very rude, paid for express delivery over 2 weeks ago and still waiting on my order

Charm was smaller than I expected it to be. Didn't know the product was shipping from China. Had I known that I would've chosen a different one from the USA as shipping will cost more than the actual charm.

Fast, tracked delivery. Charms were just what i was looking for a as present. Great quality. Easy ordering process and payment through PayPal

I ordered the tiara ring for my daughter. The ring is so beautiful. She loved it. The shipping was also so fast, just like they promised. I will be back to order more from Glamulet. The service and quality of the product is fantastic!

The piece I received was nothing like it's picture. I'm sorry but it *******@nd feels like a cheap little Cracker Jacks prize. Doesn't look like real silver... if it didn't cost so sorry much to return and a hassle with my bank it would be going back. I expected more from Glamulet.

This is my 3rd order with Glam, nothing negative on any aspects so did not have to deal with their Cust. Svc... i have no doubt that if needed it will be as great as their processing services,,,,

Ordered a charm for my friends birthday and paid extra for express delivery said between 5-8 days it's now been 12 days. If you aren't going to make sure the packages are delivered on time you shouldnt expect people to pay so much and advertise the wrong thing! Extremely disappointed that I had to get another present for my friend as well. Not happy at all!

Ordered a charm still not received and wasn't aware it was an outside the UK seller, so still waiting for my item and the tracking number is useless as its showing nothing on the whereabouts of my charm

I didn't receive my heart charm; I emailed and call with no response. That was the main Charm I wanted for my wife that I didn't receive. I will not use this website again.

Happy with the picture quality on the charm and with the communication and tracking service. I found postage quite steep personally and the box the charm comes in looks very cheap and not something I would want to give a gift in so will have to buy a box.

Product was chosen online, arrived promptly within sites' timescales and product was exactly what it purported to be.
