The items are lovely and the assistance have been great. They did all they could to keep me informed and reimburse in a timely manner. I would recommend this site.

I ordered the product on April 22 and it is still in China!
Tracking is never updated and it is now May 1st.

I am amazed that Glamulet asked me to rate my experience. I'm a new buyer for this product, and will probably be the last time as well. I'm not sure if it will arrive as I cannot track my order.

I've ordered from another company with free shipping/delivery and they sent out within 4-5 days. So, my main peeve is terrible slow delivery. Glamulet needs to step up in their shipping/delivery department.

The website never tells you that this product is being shipped from China. If I had known this, I would not have ordered through this company. It has been a week and the product has not yet left China. I don't know if I will ever get the order. I will have my credit card company investigate this if I do not get my order at the 2 week mark.

I ordered a charm 4th April but have yet to receive it kind of thought it would be here by now? Can you give me any idea when I might expect to receive it I have been tracking it but it does not update regularly

I ordered the personalized pet photo charm, it arrived in no time, and was better than I expected. It is exactly what I wanted, and I will definitely be ordering more from Glamulet. :)

I have no issues with the site. The promo codes and special sales are a little confusing and almost never work.

I placed an order and I never received a confirmation email, money was taken from my account, i had to search on Internet and address to inquire and complain, found a name on Facebook, the ĺady said that I will receive a response from you, but till today I didn't get anything. Where are my jewels? This a very bad service!
