I need a bidding service as living overseas it allows me to sleep in the middle of the night or early morning when the bidding ends. I also want the ability to cancel my bid or adjust it whenever I want. Gixen does all of this, is the lowest price for its wonderful service, and is a totally ethical way to bid. I do not use their free service. I want to pay for it as it should not be free. I have been using Gixen for years and need nothing else. Bless you, Mario.

I've been using Gixen for quite some time since the program I was using became quite expensive to use.
I used the free version at first and found the program very easy to use with no problems. It won me many auctions which made me want to reward the site owner by subscribing to use the program especially as it wasn't expensive, and when you subscribe Gixen covers you with a mirror site to give a secondary chance in case the main site gets any problems.

I've only needed to contact customer services once and I got a reply straight away but depending on where you live you may have to allow for time differences.
I would highly recommend Gixen to everyone that bids on auctions so give it a try you can't go wrong when somethings free to use.

I have been using Gixen for years and it has been perfect for me in every respect. Every snipe I have ever placed has been executed punctually. There have been continual improvements in functionality without yielding to the pointless ridiculous revamping of the site that is endemic to the internet. The owner/operator Mario is attentive to operations and issues and provides a user forum that has been helpful to me in the past. The fees are modest and it feels good to pay them to a hands on site owner that is so responsive.

I can't imagine shopping on Ebay without Gixen. I've used Gixen for years & can't remember a time it's failed me. It's convenient to know I can enter my bid ahead of time & not worry about being at my computer when the auction ends (however, it's also exciting to watch the seconds ticking down to 5, 4, 3 & then seeing my bid swoop in to take the prize!). Plus, Mario is very good-looking. As long as I'm Ebaying, I'm using Gixen.

I and several others I know have been using the Gixen eBay auction bidding service for years and have never had any problems with it, especially problems that could even remotely be attributed to security breaches or malware. Yes, it is a small business but that doesn't mean the owner doesn't know what he is doing or that he is careless with his or his client's security. I have found Gixen simple to use, inexpensive as a service, and timely with my eBay auction purchases, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone interested in winning eBay auctions with minimal effort or expense.

I've used ebay for many years and started to use another sniper, but this one was poor in features and expensive; so I've looked for another software and found gixen:
Gixen is very easy to use and very cheap (fixed amount per year); you can even use the free version to try it.
It has nice features that allows to create bid groups when you only want to win one item out of several;
The paid version is 100% reliable: you decide how much you are ready to bid and let the service do it for you
Most of the time, you win the auction at a lower price than you would have manually: no bid war!
It's a no brainer!

You don't have anything to install (so no risk of virus);

I've used the Gixen tool on quite a few Ebay purchases at this point, and have yet to lose out on any auctions when using it. It is completely web-based, so there is no software to install, and it is accessible from anywhere you can load a web page. Highly recommended.

Gixen has been my go to solution for hotly contested ebay items where I want to make sure I win the bid. The website is easy to use and works every time (unless I end up bidding too low). The mobile app works just the same as the website. The free service is perfect, and I even ended up subscribing to the mirror service just because I wanted to support the team that built it. I recommend Gixen anytime somebody brings up ebay.
