THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED IT--- HAS BEEN MORE THAN 7 MONTHS OF UNTRUTHS> HOW CAN THEY BE OK WITH THEMSELVES? HOW LONG DO THEY THINK THEY CAN DECEIVE PEOPLE?

I should have read the reviews first. Live and learn. I emailed the company the note I posted below. I wore them from my apt to my neighbour's for a 3 hour ladies gathering walking on mostly carpet.

The trouble with these sites is that people mostly only review if they've had a bad experience. I'm putting my 10 cents worth in to say I had a wonderful experience with Girotti. The boots I ordered were fab. There was a slight delay in receiving them but that was not unexpected. There was a small issue which was resolved through contact with the company and I am very happy. This is assuming there aren't fake sites out there.

Paid about $200 for custom footwear after 90 days an still NO ITEMS, IT HAS BEEN 6 MO NO REFUND. DONT

Honestly, I bought two pairs, they are nice and I always receive compliments about them. They are stylishly cool, but be sure of your size before buying them. Mines are one inches longer than expected, like I have 43 european size on all my shoes, but Girotti's ones was a bit longer. So, I bought Dr Scholl's sole to compensate, it works well. Except that, what I bought is what I got. I am satisfied.

After seeing the reviews some may be leery, but i had a great experience! I NEVER write reviews but I had to this time. I ordered these green shoes that look amazing! Very well made! I will definitely purchase again. Only this it took much longer to arrive than promised BUT It was worth the wait!

I ordered my shoes a month ago and still do not have them... when I contacted the company 3 times, crickets! Buy your shoes from another source...

I have ordered several pairs of Girotti shoes and love them all!
These are my most recent purchase and they are a work of art. The quality is impeccable, and the shoes are really comfy. I have narrow feet, so I ordered narrow-width shoe and it fits perfectly. Easy and quick process and a quick delivery too! I recommend!

My experience with them was extremely bad and disappointing. It takes a long long time for production and delivery (if they are delivered).
Out of 3 pairs: 1 pair does not fit at all and I never received the 2 other ones!
Cherry on top of the cake, they refuse to reimburse me!….
I strongly recommend to avoid this shop.

1. Fraudulent business: Their only goal is to bait you into submitting the order. Once you are charged, the business is over. Every product on their website shows that the orders are delivered to USA within 1-2 weeks. In my case, they had not even shipped the order within 14 days. So, I requested them to cancel the order but they did not listen. Instead of providing "FedEx Express" shipping as mentioned in the email receipt, they shipped through a slow carrier. As a result, I received the order 42 days later by when I had to purchase an alternative. I made multiple return requests and sent so many emails. But, they were adamant in informing me that they do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

2. Deceptive advertising: Their website shows a deceptive "Free shipping & returns" tag which may mislead you into thinking that you would be able to return the items if there is any issue. Yes, you will be able to submit the return requests just to find those rejected! I regret I turned around from other overseas merchants who mention their honest shipping time but was lured by Girotti's fraudulent advertising.

3. Product quality: Their shoes are nothing special. I ordered "MEN'S LUXURY DRESS SHOES 7226" which was hurting my ankle due to being made of stiff leather. I visited Johnston & Murphy and noticed quite a similar shoe made out of much more comfortable leather. That one also had a lesser price tag.

4. Product Description: Their products look very shiny and vibrant when worn by their models. In reality, the products are not.

5. Irresponsive and adamant management: The Hotline number they provide is not attended to. I tried during USA business hours on multiple days but never got a response. The management is so dishonest and stubborn that they do not even want to negotiate a bit for their tremendous shipping delay and fraudulent advertising.

They sent you shoes that have been worn (see photo below). Once you buy them, you won't be able to return them. Terrible customer service!

I love the style and the looks of the shoe. The process of designing the model was super exciting and easy. I could wait for them to arrive. In less than 2 weeks they arrived and they look exactly as they looked on their website. The quality is absolutely amazing and also they are super comfy.

I ordered 3 pair so far. These shoes are it! At first I was afraid to order because the shoes are made and shipped from Italy but they arrived exactly when the website said. My wife and friends are impressed. I'm absolutely satisfied and will be ordering again very soon.

I purchased shoes from the website to wear at an upcoming wedding (two months time). The shoes looked nice from the website and they advertised free returns. The shoes arrived after 4.5 months, so too late for the wedding. Although they look like they were made nice, the shoes were too narrow to fit on my feet. I contacted them about the free return and they stated that there were lots of caveats to the easy free return. After 3 months of fighting with them, they said they would accept a return, but then never followed up. I had to go thru my bank to finally get my money back. It was a huge ordeal and not worth the effort. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buy anything from this company! Since I couldn't wear the shoes, I donated them to a homeless shelter. What a waste of time & effort!

The shoes that I ordered are decent quality but the colors on their website are different from the product I received and their customer service is not good. Their return policy basically doesn't exist & when I tried to communicate with them they tried to figure out any way they can to not solve the problem. I wanted the shoes but the color was so ugly I can't wear them with anything I have. They're not interested in making it right either. All I wanted to do was to exchange I'm not even asking for a refund I'm asking for something with a reasonable color that could go with my wardrobe instead of the muddy rusty yucky dull orange color that doesn't even match the bright vibrant color on their website that I thought I was buying. Now their customer service is ignoring me after they asked me to send photos of the shoes in daylight which I did. I'm getting radio silence now & for the price that I'm paying I can't believe how they're just ignoring me. Definitely won't be ordering from them again. What a shame.

Stay clear. They website is appealing and fun too design your own shoes. However what comes after is disturbing. I ordered 2 pairs extra large width 39. What I got is 2 pairs of extra narrow 39. I started return and refund process and had to escalate to Paypal resolution after being disgusted with they customer service asking for pictures of my feet. Yes, and this is after I provided them with 22 images showing measurements of they shoes at A, B and C areas. They customer service is set up to test customer via no reply, circular reference, repeat request for information they are just replying to (play dumb big time). I think they are high. Giving 1 star because I cannot give no star. There are many shoemakers on the internet. Girotti is Grrrrr

Zero rating. It took two months to get shoes and they look nothing like what is on the website. Buyer be aware. No one answers the phone number that is listed on the website.

Never buy in this online shop. The service is terrible especially when you want to send the shoes back, because they don't fit. Basically they request information after information to never accept the return. Don't buy by them.
