If you are making custom shoes, it would be great to take measurements from the client before making them. I found the wide shoe size far too wide at the heal and still not quite wide enough at the toe box. They took forever to arrive.
The shipping and delivery time is excessive to me. I don't know if the company keeps these shoes or boots in stock. When an individual places in order for their shoes or boots, the company should have an estimated time for making the shoes if they do individually and the shipping time to the United States.
Saw shoes i really like, bought em, they arrived in great condition though the box was scuffed up a little in shipping. They also took longer than i expected, but that's more on customs i think
The shoe are wonderful. I love them and the price is a good price for the quality you get. I don't care for the long wait but never disappointed with the shoes.
If you would tell me that purchase will take 3 months, I would be very happy to know it and I would be patiently waiting, but I didn't know this long time frame and I was frustrated because of that. Shoes are fantastic and I love them, only KNOWLEDGE OF 3 MO WAITING TIME IS NEEDED TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN THIS PURCHASE PROCESS.

Great customer service by Kristina, so excellent and prompt and informative. Also got shoes and they were exactly as described and the fit was perfect, they looked just like they did in the ad.
This adventure started with a need for a red pair of shoes. I needed them to complete an outfit I envisioned for a special (and fun) family event. I first wore them to a formal wedding, my wife thought I was nuts (it was black-tie). I left the celebration with dozens of compliments, from the doorman to the wedding party. I next wore them to the family event I needed them for, same experience, different outfit.

There are many things in life worth waiting for. These shoes were among them. It took nearly five months to fill this order; but once the shoes arrived, they were everything i had hoped for. Stylish, comfortable, and excellently crafted. Girotti is my brand for as long as the company stands.
I ordered tall yellow boots and they are beautiful! The fit is great, the heel height is perfect. The leather is flawless.
