Basket photos on the website are somewhat misleading. For over $800 we received 10 baskets that are embarrassingly small.

Easy to order. Lots of choices. Quick delivery and the receivers were very satisfied with their gifts.

Order was placed 11/30 and requested to be delivered on 12/16 and the order was not delivered as requested. I made three inquiries to ensure proper delivery and unfortunately Gift Tree dropped the ball even though they were given ample amount of time to ensure delivery. I am very disappointed with how this order was handled.

Both recipients loved their gift baskets; overall great value for money and good choice!

Thank you for making it easy to purchase gifts for multiple people. My only issue is that I ordered 3 champagne crates and none of them were available. The agent that answered the phone was able to get a replacement, but it definitely caused anxiety if they would arrive on time.

My friend received her package but you sent it on the wrong day. But no biggie, she loved it!

One of 3 orders was shipped 3 days later than I chose when placing the order. Then kept getting delayed and now stuck in a UPS facility. If the company would have shipped on time this would have arrived when I scheduled to have it received.

Also, the "Peak Season Surcharge" is a complete BS fee. Getting more business (hence more revenue) during a certain season is a cost/benefit for a company. Yes, there are additional costs during a season, but you are also gaining more sales revenue. Companies that charge a fee like this come out of the gate as super shady to me and will probably be my only purchase from the company.

Most importantly, the gift was delivered on date requested.

Easy to order. Very fast delivery. Customer service contacted me because an item in my order (wine box tote) was out of stock. They had a replacement ready to go which was appropriate and probably of greater value than the one I had ordered. All I had to do was agree and the item was delivered the next day.

I sent the gift to my sister. She loved the wines and the treats in the basket.
