Thank you for your recent order! I have reviewed the tracking details of your gift and do see that the cause of this delay was due to severe weather conditions. Our team and the shippers had been working diligently to deliver as many packages as early or on time as possible and sadly, despite our best efforts, there were severe storms right at the end of this peak season that impacted deliveries. We are truly sorry for this weather delay. This is not the level of customer service we're used to and we apologize that we've let you down.

Easy process- timely delivery- multiple choices available
The order sent to New Jersey was never received. Order was placed almost a month ago. Plenty of time for on time delivery. You have let me down, I wont forget!

The items were a Christmas gift. And the receiver said the items were well presented and food items tasted very good

Hello, Very disappointed with the entire experience. This was a Christmas Gift for my sisters family, 15 people. Order #*******-cgif-2791 - Italion Cheese and Charcuteri package. First off your website offered Free Shipping up until Midnight on 12/19/22 which wasn't true. I placed the order on Sunday morning the 18th. Plenty of time for you to have the ordered sent out & received by the 23rd, which your website stated as a delivery date and was selected. You company didn't even have sone of the items I ordered in stock but assured by Sara that there still wouldn't be a problem for it to be received on the 23rd. The order wouldn't be shipped until 12/22/22 and now looking at my tracking #1Z5R13Y*******333 won't be received until 12/27/22. Her children will not even be there anymore. Scott Morrison

The delivery is delayed for 1 whole day, no response from the company. I paid more than $27 to receive the Italian charcuterie by December 23, it seems someone took my box, the company seems fast to take your money but delivery is another story
The delivery is a little bit delayed that's why I rate the service 4 stars, other than that seems good, I havent received my first order yet so I can not properly qualify your service
The recipients who recently lost both spouses (my aunt and her daughter) seemed to really appreciate the quality and detail of the basket...and the wine and chocolates!
