They didn't delivered your product. Neither they will reply. Don't buy anything from there. I have ordered a gifts on 20 July ordered no. *******but when I contacted them after 1 week they say gift is delivered. Totally a fraud website operated from India.

I ordered 2 "Glittering Gold Hampers" at $86.95 each. The site advertised (and pictured) a golden hamper filled with truffle chocolates, luxury cappuccino and other delicacies. I asked for "Thank You" cards to be added, each with a separate message. Then I read the HORRIFIC reviews online. I asked my 2 friends what the "hampers" were like. They were nothing but small, ugly brown "fruit" baskets filled with Dove chocolates, plain biscuits and Nescafe coffee that I can buy in a local supermarket in China for a third of the cost they charged me. The baskets were covered in plain plastic with awful pink ribbons attached. The cards inside were "Best Wishes', with nothing written inside. They simply DO NOT respond to emails and all the so-called "online consultants" - when you hit the "Chat" button - the website suddenly loses it's connection. I tried dozens of times. Do not expect any resolution to your complaints because you won't get any. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CHEATS AND LIARS AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN
Placed an online order 3 weeks before, the gift didn't get deliver on time. When followed up, the customer represetative mentioned that they are checking the status & will revert with the update. In the mean time, they sent me an email asking to deliver it now & sent their representative to deliver the gift.
I mentioned them not to deliver the gift now, as the birthday/occasion has already past and arrange for the refund ASAP.
After that there is no response of E-mails, nobody responds their Customer service over the phone & online chat the customer services rep doesn't reply.
2 days back i have ordered a cake and dryfruits basket hamper from gitsn ideas site to australia order numbers. The dryfruit hamper which they delivered was very small and not even a single dry fruits which you mentioned in the site was not at all present. They are Taking such huge amount keeping cheap stuff is not at all fair. Since 3 days i am trying to contact them. No proper response from their side.We have clearly mentioned 2 deliver the cake at 21st night. How can you delivery on 20th morning. After so many years i had thought 2 surprise my brother, but because of you, it became the worst bday gift. SHAME ON YOU.if you want to earn money go with other options.DON'T cheat people with your cheap tricks. Firstly please close your site. This is my ADVISE.
The worst thing you could ever do on an occasion is order from this TERRIBLE, IRRESPONSIBLE and FRAUD company run by a bunch of LIARS and CHEATS who will not just ruin the occasion for you but will make sure they rip you off while doing it too.
Wish i had read the reviews before placing the order. You scammers should be ashamed of yourself for taking cheating and lying to the customer to a new low. Forced to give a one star rating. Only if giving ZERO was possible.
I placed an order, then I found lots of reviews rating the services so bad. I was so so so scary if the birthday gift failed to be delivered on time. Therefore I started the live chat with the staff to check the status every 2-3 days before the delivery.
2 days before delivery, I got a mail from the website, which said the big cake I ordered is out of stock, but can provide a smaller cake with chocolates. I didnt feel satisfied, but the most important is, to deliver the gift to my friend on time in germany.
I started to live chat with the staff twice a day before the delivery, and they promised to contact my friend, my friend didn't get any call but the staff told me they will deliver on time. At that moment, I felt dispointed and didn't know what to do.
Finally my friend went home after work, and saw a big gift box in front of the door in her house, the gifts were well packed, and my friend was very happy. That means, the gift arrived on time, and made my friend happy, and I felt so happy as well.
Therefore, I write down the status from placing order to delivery finished. I would say I feel satisfied because of the results, but I also think the service, communication and management can be enhanced. I hope it will get better once I wanna place an order next time.

The most terrible website i have ever seen in my life, disgusting service, took my money for a birthday cake to be delivered in italy and was never delivered. I dont want to give them a fuking star but there s no option to give these scammers a punch in the face. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
Please don't order from this company. It's a rip off. I so regret buying from this site. Should had read reviews. They took my money but failed to deliver gifts to my mother who lives in US, I live UK, I dont know How do I get my money back. Called them so many times they are not refunding my money. Can anyone suggest me how to get my money back?
This is the worst company ever. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before I made my order. I bought a mothers day cake and it was supposed to be delivered in Germany on Saturday a day before mothers day. I even paid the delivery charge they charge if it has to be delivered within 3 days. They did not deliver anything on Saturday, I called the American number they have on their website but he told me it was to be delivered the next day on mothers day. My mum waited again all day on sunday but nothing was delivered, It finally got delivered on Monday evening a day after mothers day. It was a tiny cake that u would probably buy for $10 in Wal-Mart, nothing compared to the big cake they advertise. They say it comes with a card and you are asked to write your card message with your order, but she didn't get any card with it. They did not give me my delivery money back since they delivered the 5th day and it was free delivery for 4 days and above. I am very very disappointed, this is a SCAM please please do not waste your time and money.
I should have read all the reviews first. I ordered my parcel on the 2nd April 2017. It is 4th of May and nothing has happened, the emails and livechat are just trying to cover up.
Do not use this company except if you hate the person you are sending the gift to hime use this company so you have excuse it was not your fault he did not receive the gift.

Do not do business with this company without reading their reviews at your peril. I have personally done business with them recently to my regret. They failed to deliver twice, did not contact me or explain and did not contact the recipient to advise of failure to deliver. I was forced to ask to ask for a refund. After contacting them on Web chat and email multiple times they would not confirm my refund or reply. I then had to telephone their UK number and was promised a refund and confirmation email, which again I never received. I then had to contact their USA office and threaten them with legal action and tell them I would report them for shopping fraud, this action eventually was successful in getting a confirmation of refund but not money. I then had to contact the credit card company and take legal advise and finally I received my money, but no explanation or apology. If I would not have carried on complaining they would probably have kept my money. I have since read many reviews of this company and many customers are calling them scammers and fraudsters and my I can see why as my experience was negative as well. This company seems to be causing its customers a lot of misery and stress, and dealing with them has wasted hours of my time and frustrated me, for these reasons I will never do business with them again. The company is registered in America but is owned by Indian's and if you contact any of their numbers you end up dealing with foreign nationals who speak poor English and cannot carry out simple requests by their customers. Be advised this company treats its customers very badly and does not care, if things go wrong you will have trouble getting your money back, do not trust them.
GiftsnIdeas: WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.
I ordered a Chocolate Tower hamper for my children and it was a surprise and suppose to deliver on 17 Apr.
- after waiting for whole day, i check with them on chat and to my shock, they said unfortunately they dont have Chocolate Tower hamper and as a substitute they will be sending some local chocolates, plum cakes etc. which will be delivered on 18 Apr.
On 18 Apr after waiting for whole day i again follow up on chat with them and they said that due to the supplier issue, they were unable to deliver and again they came up with some reduced quantities of chocolates and plum cake etc. which i did not agreed and asked them to deliver the same supplement which the promised on 17th Apr and they agreed and promised me that my order will be delivered on 19th Apr.
Finally on 20th Apr i got a news from my home that they received something but to my shock all the quantities where reduced and some are missing. Wrapping was worst.
Please do not do not do not order anything from this website.
They are not organized, they are not prepared, they donot have the products which they have on websites. Their customer support, customer service, courtesy, is totally worst.
